Enzo's could become a great local establishment. It is definitely a "Sports Bar", as the name suggests. The Bar essentially consumes the entire establishment, which is fine. But if you're looking to just relax and have a bite, maybe not your place. The configuration drowns out the tables along the perifery, and it's very hard to have a conversation. The food is not bad, and will probably get even better as they settle in. The primary issue is that they are having issues expediting out of the kitchen. The running of the food out of the kitchen seems to be a bit chaotic. And the servers, while very polite, don't yet seem to have the process down yet (at least my server didn't). Food came out all at once, appetizers and mains. Food also came out with no cutlery, salt & pepper on the table yet. All this is easily corrected, and should come with experience. Hopefully it will, and I wish them luck! Enzo's is definitely worth a try. Update: Service is still struggling. Also, take out is difficult, order takers cannot hear order when they are called in.
Update: Regarding a delivery on 12/18 This is not an Enzo's issue directly. Wanted Enzo's food, it's good! I was lazy and opted for delivery. I assumed Enzo's would be delivering, but apparently like so many establishments these days they use a 3rd party like UberEats and DoorDash. You don't know this until you get a credit card hit. UberEats charged me a 50% delivery fee on a $30 dollar bill. $15 dollars on a 5 block delivery? Food made it, delivery guy was nice but seriously $15 dollars? I guess I won't be so lazy next time and will pick it up myself....
Read moreWe were very excited about visiting the newly opened restaurant in Bloomingdale. Saying we were disappointed, is an understatement.
First, when we walked in, they told us there was no table seating. However, as we looked around the restaurant we saw two empty tables. Regardless, they sat my husband and I at the bar. They ensured us that when a table opened up, they would move us to an actual table, but that never happened. Shortly after we walked in, another couple walked in and was placed at one of those two tables immediately. We were never moved to a table and remained seated at the bar the entire time.
After we were seated, we had no idea who to place an order with. It took a good 10-15 minutes before the bartender asked if we were ready to order. She was friendly and kind. We ordered the giant soft pretzel to begin. Shortly after, we ordered Enzo's pizza. A little less than halfway into the pretzel, I took a bite of an ice cold piece of pretzel. It was still frozen. We let the bartender know, she apologized, took the dish and said she'd let her manager know. It was not brought up again for the remainder of our stay. The manager never came to ask us about it. Most frustrating, is that they still charged us for the pretzel that they took from us and that was still frozen. The pizza was just ok-Nothing special and could use more sauce.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed. I can't say I'll ever go back. I won't recommend anyone to go. In fact, I'd discourage people from wasting their time and money. It really sucks because I was excited to see the building opened up again after all...

Restaurant has been responsive and attempting to resolve, once refund is confirmed will update review reflecting this
I went online to order delivery, little did I know it was going to be set up through a 3rd party (uber eats) when “I called” yes I had to call restaurant to ask what the hold up was , I was told that that it was being delivered by uber and the driver marked it delivered and then cancels order, so then they offered to remake and I had to pay the restaurant directly and they would send their own staff to deliver it, so here is charge number 2, after asking about my refund I was told “I had to call uber eats support” which the line was no longer accepting calls only through the uber eats app. So now I had to download an app to speak to someone, after opening app and chat support and explaining the situation they sent me to 2 other agents I sent them screenshots and explained it all, and the last agent left me on read, after send multiple messages in chat for a response the chat was closed with no response, so not uber has my money and I got charged again by restaurant and I have no recourse. The most expensive pizza mistake. Make sure you avoid ordering delivery form here you may not get your food and you will have to be the one to follow up if you want your food and run the chance of paying twice for it.
Also note I got an email from uber eats saying order was delivered to a wrong address as well
So who’s at fault and where...
