McDonald's — Restaurant in Bloomington

This McDonald’s really needs to get it together. You always wait almost 20 minutes for your food in the drive through every time. Even waiting 20 minutes your food is either burnt, cold, sometimes the meat on the sandwich looks so old you won’t even eat it. That’s after waiting 20 minutes!!!! The atmosphere is hectic and stressful and hostile. The employees are so rude well most of them, today I get to the window to pay the young girl taking my money I asked for a side of breakfast sauce, so she could add to my bill no smile no nothing you need to tell the next window that! Then I ask for my receipt again the next window!!! Get to the next window very nice young man I ask for a side of breakfast sauce he goes back and asks for it and this older women with bright red hair screams at him WE DONT HAVE ANY BREAKFAST SAUCE!!! To the point I asked the kid if his lead really does that because I feel sorry these are high school kids and their first job and they have to work in that kind of environment. Which this women last week when I was there to get my Saturday breakfast brings my food out after again waiting 20 mins, I start checking my bag and she tells me you don’t have to do that I’m the one who put that bag together...

I have never had a good experience with this McDonalds. And today was my final straw. I will forever go out of my way to avoid this disgusting place. The food is horrendous and often not even edible. Today I ordered a Mcdouble without pickles or onions and a small fry. I received a dry, hockey puck burger with the pickles and onions literally just wiped off. They even managed to leave onions on it. My fries were ice cold and hard as could be. I couldn't even eat them. And going in to get the issue resolved would have made no difference because every single person has no idea what they're doing. A woman was ordering in front of me and wanted the 2 cheeseburger meal. But the cashier put it in wrong and didnt know how to change it to a meal, so the manager came up and the manager had no idea how to change it!! Like what?! How in the world did you get picked to oversee the employees when you're just as untrained??? That baffled me. I will continue to tell people the awful quality of this mcdonalds. And I have officially decided to never give it another chance. Complete and utter joke of...

Would give 0 stars if possible. Stopped in on our way to St. Louis for our every saturday trip. Ordered 2 big breakfast with hot cakes. Waited about 10 minutes for food. On each platter we recieved a biscuit, eggs, sausage and a hashbrown. Also got syrup and butter. No hot cakes. Told the girl who gave us our food that we didn't get the pancakes. She said oh yeah. I stood there waiting for a few minutes and nobody brought them out. Wanted to eat what food I had while it was hot. So I sat down and ate. Still no hot cakes. Never saw anybody come out to the counter while we ate until a few more customers came in. By then we had finished eating. I took the syrup up to the counter and told the girl she could have it back because we never recieved our hot cakes. She said she never brought them out? I said no. And we left. Poor service and also I ordered a hot mocha. I recieved a lukewarm caramel mocha. Wasn't hot at all and didn't order caramel. Should of spent the extra money and ate at Dixie...
