MGM Burgers — Restaurant in Bloomington

I don't know what made me sicker, the spoiled food or the poor customer service. I was just there with a group of friends and one of them ordered a shake. The shake was made with spoiled milk. She tasted it and you could even smell it when you took off the lid. My sister asked the lady to see the milk she used she took out a new unopened gallon that obviously wasn't expired yet. She kept saying "All the milks the same." The lady then under her breath goes "pinche wera." As if my sister didn't know spanish -_- My brother in law even found a hair in his fries this same visit. We talked to the manager and he was very rude. She got her money back but he did not apologize. Had no remorse whatsoever and also told her to just "be quiet." Not to mention we were there for a while and were not checked on once. Don't waste your time here, there are better...

I got here to today just because I was really hungry. I spoke to one of the cashiers in Spanish that I wanted a Bacon Cheeseburger combo. I sat down and when I got my ordered I asked for BBQ Sauce. The same employee who got my order was complaining in English that “I shouldve got the Western Burger instead, he mentioned it at least like 4 times. If he only knew I speak english as well. Another thing is that I got Old Fries, they were not even fresh. The Bacon Cheeseburger I got was 7/10, it was not all that. Like I said I was there just because I was hungry. I hope that specific employee ( I didnt get his name) realizes that he gets paid to do his job, not to complain what the customer ordered. This was around 5:53pm 02/20/2023. . I am a frequent goer to MGM Burgers but have never had this happen, at around 7:10 pm on Tuesday, March 4th, Wife came here greeted with a very unprofessional environment come here when you feel like getting a burger and getting hit on by staff and made feel uncomfortable, wife came home to tell me a worker was talking about a coworker that saw her and showed interest in her, and told her if she would like a free drink on be half of her coworker that had a little crush on her and inviting her to return tomorrow at the same time if she wants to come back to see him, which makes no sense to me.
