Read moreThe service just continues to get worse and worse, and frankly, so does the food. Overpriced and way over-hyped. The manager is hella rude, and when you call with a problem with their food, he acts as if you're lying or trying to get free food. Trust me, if your establishment (and I use that term loosely) weren't a last resort, I'd NEVER EVER order from you. Tonight, I ordered from them online, and my order consisted of the $7.99 large two topping, $5 Cinnabon mini rolls, and a $5 8-piece boneless wings (spicy garlic). My order arrived fairly quickly. When my son bought the food to where we eat, I discovered that my pizza slices had not been cut all the way through, so we basically had to tear up the pizza to take slices from it. Also, I know I asked for tomatoes on my pizza, but I didn't ask for a million diced tomatoes on my pizza. It was so many on there, it made the pizza look gross and disgusting, and soggy. Also, I only had 5 boneless wings in the box. There were supposed to be 8. Either the person that put the order together cannot count (which is highly likely, OR the person that delivered my order ate 3 of my boneless wings on the way. I was very much annoyed by this, so I called the store. The untactful woman that answered the phone there proceeded to yell for the manager, and tell him that I said I'm missing most of my boneless wings and either there wasn't enough put in the box, or someone ate them on the way. He came to the phone, very rude like, not in the least bit concerned about customer service or courtesy, nada. Asked me what the problem was, so I told him. He spoke to me like I was lying, like I'm trying to get free food, etc. Overall, he talked down to me, and I didn't appreciate that mess. Told me he'd give me a $5 credit on my account. I kept silent because I really was about to cuss him out. The nerve! :-( A credit isn't replacing the food my family missed out on TONIGHT! I don't know who hires these non-customer service having idiots at some of these restaurants and stores. I guess they feel like they're giving food away and they can treat people any kind of way. Nope! I pay for what I buy, with my money, and it wasn't damn free! How dare him! Do yourself a favor...DO NOT buy food from them. If they begin to lose customers and business, they might get the message. And don't listen to people telling you not to read the customer reviews because they are most likely people that work there, own the place, or are friends of the owner or people that work there. If the shoe...
I recently placed a delivery order totaling $48.88, and unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing due to both multiple mistakes in my order and the way my concerns were handled. Order Issues: Missing Items: Starry drink and 2 cups were not included. Pizza Incorrect: I ordered a half-and-half pepperoni pizza (half cupped pepperoni, half regular) in tavern style, but it was not prepared half-and-half nor in tavern style. Apple Pies: These were severely undercooked, doughy on the inside, and inedible. Customer Service Issues: When I called the store to resolve these issues: On my first call, I was told that they did not make my order at all. On my second call, I asked for a manager and was connected with someone who identified herself only as Tiffany, stating she was the store manager and refusing to provide her last name. She refused to issue any reimbursement for the missing/incorrect items. She dismissed my concern about the apple pies, saying she had never heard of complaints about them being undercooked. When I explained the pizza was not correct, she insisted that tavern style is always cut in squares (which I already knew) but ignored the fact it was not prepared as ordered. She then claimed that her district manager personally made my order and that if I wanted a refund, I would need to physically bring the incorrect food back to the store—despite the fact that I had paid extra for delivery service. When I explained that this was unfair and poor customer service, Tiffany told me that she “doesn’t do customer service.” Why This Matters: I paid for a service and did not receive what I ordered. Beyond that, the way I was spoken to was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. A manager refusing to take accountability and telling a paying customer they “don’t do customer service” is unacceptable representation of your brand. Resolution Requested: A full or partial reimbursement for the items that were incorrect/missing/inedible. A review of how customer complaints are handled at this location, as I was treated unfairly and disrespectfully. Because of this experience, I will not be ordering from this location again and strongly recommend that others avoid it until these issues...
Read moreWent from a fixable situation with an easy solution to escalation complaint to corporate. I ordered a pizza with bacon and pineapple but received a pizza with ham and pineapple (it's a big deal in my house!). So I called the store for a replacement and they insisted that I return the incorrect, used and possibly contaminated pizza with the unfortunate delivery driver and that they would only be allowed to give me the correct replacement pizza (hot and fresh in their car) if I gave it to them. We've been sick (I explained that, too). So then I asked for a manager, was already speaking to him and he was very unpleasant. I asked for the district manager and luckily she was right there but she was more insistent and unpleasant than the manager. She even gave me the wrong number to corporate help line. She was talking bad about me after she thought she put me on hold. It hurt my feelings they way she insulted me for lying and being a theif. She even told me directly that "What you ordered is what you got." That is the end of my personal experience with this specific Pizza Hut on Hamilton St. in Bloomington IL. Corporate refunded my money and...
