Subway — Restaurant in Bloomington

The only good part of my experience here was that the restaurant was clean. There are Indian people working here which shouldn’t matter, but They are extremely rude. They are extremely stingy with ingredients and don’t even make the sandwiches how they’re supposed to be made. I worked at Subway and I know how the sandwiches are supposed to be made. They make sure that they can be as stingy as possible. I had to make three separate purchases because every time I asked the cashier to bring in a large drink she didn’t. She even yelled at me because I said I had a coupon for buy a regular priced foot-long. Get a 6 inch free. She said I couldn’t do that with a sandwich with roast beef. The sandwich I paid full price for was the beast sandwich and all I got was a 6 inch veggie. She acted like I was killing her and all the condiments she put one tiny line, and everything was dry. The Airport Rd Subway used to be good. There were good people who used to work there and managers too! I quit going when it seemed staff didn't care or said: words rolled off the tongue and meant nothing. I never went back to Subway on College due to the guy who was gonna make my sandwich touched his face and hair. YUUUCK! I immediately left! They have no hot water to wash your hands either. If you want customers ...give and do more. I do love their cookies. New Management and not great! I am not sure what happened to the lady who used to work at this location but she was wonderful. Customer services is terrible. They cannot understand you, then try to ask you a question as they are walking away from you and get mad when you cannot understand them. Not nearly as clean. Food has also gone downhill. Meat tasted old. Was excited that they had their seasonal soups. Usually in a crock of some sort. This time I asked for it, she grabbed a premade cup of soup and popped it in the microwave for 5 mins. The soup was terrible. Old watered down soup with questionable chunks.
