UPDATE** gave new and better star review due to having better experiences in the drive thru lately.
It’s always hit or miss if my order is gonna be right. I order my biscuits with no butter for a reason.... I don’t care how long I have to wait for them to come out of the oven! Ordered one today with no butter, get home and it’s slapfull of greasy fake butter. I always order my drinks with light ice because I have sensitive teeth. That also is hit or miss... they have been better about that one lately but there’s always that one guy. I understand it’s not just here it’s EVERYWHERE but if I order something specific and it is on my ticket exactly how I ordered it then there should be no mistakes. I’m sick and tired of having to go back to get my order replaced every time there’s butter on my biscuit or they give me regular gravy instead of plain gravy for my granny who has a hard time eating certain things and chokes on meat. I shouldn’t have to sit in the drive thru and check my food before I drive off to make sure my order is correct but if that’s what I have to do for now on then I will. I know how your managers just LOVE all the extra time the customers give you on window. And no I will not pull up for y’all to fix my order. Went in today at 9:15 to pick up some breakfast (1 order of pancakes and bacon and 2 drinks). 3 people in line ahead of me with 2 people waiting on food already ordered. Waited in line for 15 minutes before the girl (Angela) got off of her cell phone (2 calls) and took my order. There was 7 people working so it should not have taken as long as it did even in a rush. Finally got our stuff 10 minutes later after Angela asked for the food 7 times. The bacon was cold, hard, greasy and burnt. If Jacks wasn't the ONLY option in our town we would never go here. I'm tired of the bad service, slow service, wrong orders or nasty orders. How many times do I have to give a bad review before they pay attention?
I went through the drive through after 3:30 p.m. I ordered 2 large drinks. I spent 9 1/2 minutes in the drive thru with 2 cars in front of me. By the time I finally got to the window, my drinks had been sitting there long enough to start sweating and ice to melt. If the person in front ordered such a time consuming order, then they should have been made to pull forward. Read moreok so my boyfriend and I came here and we didn’t want to spend too much money so we planned to order 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks with no fries. for some reason the girl said we have to get the combo and that there is no option for just the sandwich??? I was like ok but it says you can get the sandwich on the menu and she told me i was looking at the combo? so we ended up saying that we’ll get the combo. then she rings us up for 2 sandwiches and 2 fries.... we didn’t even get drinks. Not to mention the dinning room was disgusting we couldn’t find a single table that was clean. AND my boyfriends sandwich was cold and the bread was torn up. Horrible experience. And what’s funny to me is that i’ve ordered just the sandwich before many times at the jacks in pinson.
