Arby's — Restaurant in Blountville

I was passing thru the area Long story short I got a cpl sandwiches, loaded fries & curly fries (over $20) Went thru drive thru we go on to our destination and I start eating my sandwich...I find a hair, at 1st I thought maybe its mine. I go to grab it and oh dear no it wasn't mine it was all wrapped in the meat (long hair) at this point in gagging (who wouldn't) So we stop back by Arby's I walk in and no customers at the time...I calmly explained the problem The lady was nice, offered me another sandwich. I just wanted my money back at this point. So she gets a manager (lady). She explains to the manager what the problem is... She ask the manager if she wanted to refund my whole order...the manger rudly replies it was only 1 sandwich no im not giving her all her money back So 10 mins of her figuring out how to refund me..she was really rude considering I just brought a sandwich back with a hair in it... I could have caused a scene and even told the customers coming in...but I didn't But NO WORKER THAT WAS MAKING FOOD HAD A HAIR NET AND THE GIRL WORKING DRIVE THRU looked like she had just got outta bed Hair every...

I just swung through the drive-thru on the way home. Got a beef and cheddar and a French dip. I did ask for them to hold the water on the au jus so I could mix at home they got that right. But the beef and cheddar was a catastrophe. It was smashed and sideways. The cheese covered beef was stuck to the paper. And to top it off it was cold. The French dip was luke warm but not much above cold. I can see it being less than hot after the short ride home, but cold in the middle nope. I shouldn't have to microwave dinner to make it edible. We will probably avoid this place for a while until we forget how poorly the food was prepared. Instead of slamming it together shoving it in the bag and slinging it out the window, maybe take some pride in making a decent sandwich. Put it together how you would do it if you were at your house and gonna sit in your recliner and eat it while watching TV. Not how you would do it when you don't plan on seeing the person who eats it again for a while nor hearing from...

There's black mold in the ceilings they refuse to fix from leaks they refuse to fix. Be careful of you have breathing issues. You can break right into the back door the framee on the bottom is destroyed. They don't clean anything they act like high schoolers and the managers don't do anything but play a blame game and sit in the office on their phones. Amost all equipment is outdated and barely works. Corporate doesn't want to spend the money to fix it. So this place has alot of issues starting from the top. I'll not go where else. You can talk to me here. I got fired for doing my job. But since other people are gay or lazy and in the friends zone of the higher ups. I even had a meeting before hand I suppose you didn't hear about. The problem has two meetings about the employees behavior and work ethic. Nothing's done about it. I'm fired. So I called the health department on your poor standards and greedy bags....
