Bond-o To Burgers — Restaurant in Blountville

This place used to be really good. But the past three visits have changed my mind. The servers would rather be mopping the floor and getting ready to go home in a couple hours rather than making sure the guests get their food. Three visits ago our table ordered three cheese burgers, one fry and two orders of fried mushrooms. Two Chz Bgr and one mushroom came out after 20 minutes. Took 10 more minutes to get other Bgr. After eating most of the meal we cancelled the other mushroom. Was offered other mushroom for free when we were finishing but turned down. They were randomly offered to anyone who wanted them. Last visit we ordered two Chz Bgrs one fry one mushroom. After 25 minutes of servers chit chatting in and around the kitchen area one leaning on a mop. A tiny order of mushrooms two Chz Bgrs and fries came out. Fries ok burgers small and burned. Not sure was last time. I want the owner to see what is happening not just to kick these guys. I used to enjoy Bondo To Burgers. But if they don't get their heads out of the sand they will find the same fate as...

You can not find a better burger anywhere in the local area. Hamburger Steak and burgers are fresh , not frozen with the hamburger steak large with one and a half steaks made together that is a mouth watering treat. The fixings on top make this ( green peppers onions and mushrooms ) all steamed for a perfect meal. A very friendly home town atmosphere where you feel right at home the minute you walk in. Staff is so friendly with great customer service that makes you feel apart of the family. Food is cooked to perfection. The decor takes you back in time for those that remember that time and gives a relaxing feel to all. Extremely clean and very well kept , with great prices on the menu. Walked in the door and seen the sign that said "please seat yourself" so I went to do so. Almost got to a table when a young looking girl Walked up and said "sorry but we are closed" all the while of holding hot food in her hand, that seems to have just came from the kitchen. I looked around before speaking to her and saw at least a dozen people sitting and either eating or waiting on food to come out. So I could been served but they turned me away. First impression is my last impression. Very unprofessional staff no manager to speak with asked for a call from the owner can't do that either. I want be going back. I urge anyone not to eat there only if you some snobby teen mouthing off at you. Furthermore why would a restaurant close at 7:00 pm on the weekend. Some people don't get off of work till 7.
