Burger King — Restaurant in Blountville

I used to get breakfast from here on my way to work. Super simple order. Breakfast Burrito, no sausage. The burrito comes with egg, cheese, sausage, hash browns and spicy sauce. I like everything, but the sausage. Sometimes they would get it right, sometimes they wouldn't. I would either end up with everything on it, or literally just egg and cheese which is not that great. Fast forward. I have to be at work earlier so I don't go through there anymore, but on Wednesdays my son will run by there and grab me something on his way to college. Every. Single. Time. Since he's been going through there, the order has been wrong. He swings by and drops it off to me and it's literally JUST egg and cheese. Nothing else on it. 🤮 Why is this so hard? No he doesn't check it before he leaves, cause he doesn't like the smell of eggs, and he shouldn't have to unwrap it and do all that. The jingle is lies. You cannot "have it your way" unless "your way" is exactly the way they have it advertised.

10/23/24 Update: Today was different. Ordered two burritos no meat. Got one with sausage and all the other stuff, got one with literally only egg and cheese 🤦‍♀️. Why.is.it. so.hard. I give up. It's like giving that guy that keeps cheating on you, 150 chances cause "this time it's gonna be different" pfffft... Nope. I'm done....

My husband and I were way impressed!

Our Impossible Whooper had an incredible presentation and some of the freshest ingredients we've had on a burger in a while. No sad, wilting lettuce. No greasy sliver of cheese. No soggy buns. It was all crisp and fresh and cooked perfect.

The staff members were friendly, courteous, fun, and overall very pleasant to interact with. They joked around with us and each other a lot.

A member of staff was routinely sanitizing tables, chairs, and seats -- even ones which had already been just because they were in the vicinity of tables that weren't. He asked us how we were doing while he did.

The television was playing a really good television show, also, normally they don't play that good of stuff but we sat in there longer just because of what was on.

They decorated the heck out of this place for Halloween! Wish we could have taken pictures!

The bathrooms were very, very clean, and fully stocked. Only one or two people are allowed in at a time but that's alright.

And last but not least, they give out refills on soda. A lot of other Burger Kings with the covid crisis are just saying no refills, but this one, they give out a new cup instead. We greatly appreciated that.

10/10 if we're ever by Tennessee again,...

Super Clean.This store is the cleanest burger king in the tri cities area,for one of the oldest stores around.Usually a very clean outside.Always a great looking,super clean inside.The seating area to the bathrooms are spotless and shining.The floors are spotless and the equipment is really clean to be fast food. Food is hot and really good.Staff are pleasant and most are willing to satisfy any needs.Awesome service from night and morning shifts.And the cleaning crew takes alot of pride to have a clean store for there customers.The morning manager Becky, works her tale off to get the correct food to the customer in the fastest time weather its drive thru or in inside orders.When you walk thru the door,will see you and say hi and how are you today?,you want the usual and tell the back and have it hot and ready to go by the time you pay for it or a min or 2 after that.And the gentleman that is always cleaning in the morings,cleaning walls,cleaning floors,cleaning bathrooms,cleaning equipment,cleaning outside.It's nice to see a good work ethic.Over all its a awesome and clean BK to...
