First of all, Domino's is literally the ONLY pizza 🍕 place open late at night near the Blountville/Piney Flats/Tri-Cities Airport area!!! Pizza Plus is never open it seems like and stupid Papa John's in Blountville doesn't even deliver to my house 🏡🏠, even though I am a mere 7 to 8 minutes away from their location SMH 🙄. Anyways, I ordered 3 large pizzas, chicken wings, parmesan bites, and pasta 🍝 pretty late at night, around 1130 or 12am and went to pick it up as a carryout order. Their website offered a $7.99 coupon which made each 14-inch pizza 🍕 with 3 toppings only $7.99 per pizza. This coupon also included the chicken wings and pasta as well. The only reason I am giving this review 4 stars ⭐, instead of 5, is because the owner had to call me and inform me that he was completely out of all crusts except for thin crust, which is not what I originally ordered online. Other than that, the service and food was great. I even tried to tip the guy who made every bit of our huge order by himself, but he wouldn't take my tip, probably because he is the location's manager. I still would have taken my tip though and just never said anything cause he genuinely deserved a tip for all his hard and speedy work. Keep up the great work guys and I will definitely recommend this business and location due to any and every other stupid pizza 🍕 place in this area never being open, fully staffed, and not offering delivery to residences so dang close to there actual business...
Read moreThis store doesn't even deserve one star. I placed my order at 4:28, it was delivered at 5:58. My four garlic dipping sauces I paid for weren't delivered and my food wasnt hot, it's slightly above room temperature. I called the manager, Joshua, at 5:28, and asked to check on my order. Joshua told me it was next to be delivered. I told him that I placed the order at 4:18 and he was rude and said "I know that. The delivery time is 5:30" I didn't receive any apology or reason that my food was taking a ridiculous amount of time to be delivered. When Dylan finally arrived with my order, I asked if it was still hot. He put his hand on the boxes and told me it was. He lied straight to my face. After getting my food inside and realizing it wasn't hot or fresh in the least, and that I didn't receive my garlic sauce, I called the store back. I spoke to Ryan, who was polite and said they had people call in today and that when the delivery guy got to the store he would send him back with the garlic sauce. Ryan sounded sincere in his apology, however, I'm furious that Joshua, the store manager who made my order, is so incompetent and was extremely rude to me. Joshua's actions and additude are unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. If I weren't at home, so sick I cannot leave to get my own food. I would not have paid for this order. To top it all off, it took an hour for them to bring me the garlic sauce and the Domino's store is only 10 minutes away...
Read moreOk seriously? How do you mess up a cheese pizza? When asked to add extra cheese your response shouldn't be to put a thick slab of it on there. Just look at this, it's more cheese than anything else. This store has really gone down hill since it changed management. The crusts are pretty much always thin no matter what you order because they only adjust the ring of the pizza apparently. Topping portions are totally random which really messes with custom orders, and with such thin weak crusts they get soggy from and underbaked the more toppings you have. So when you pick up a slice half of your toppings fall off. There is really no excuse for this lack of in quality. This was my favorite place to get pizza since it was the only place that had the ingredients to make my personal custom one that I have been getting there for years. Ever since management changed it's like they scrapped everyone that was there and hired people who have never touched pizza in there life and give them minimal training and structure. I already had to report this place once to a regional manager after receiving my 2nd undercooked pizza, and I'm honestly amazed this place is getting any...
