Dunkin' — Restaurant in Blountville

I love Dunkin’ Donuts I especially like their bagel minis. My husband and I stopped by this location for a quick bite. We should’ve known something was wrong when the employee kept making us repeat ourselves over and over again even though it was a simple order of 4 bagel minis and 1 order of hash browns. When we paid it was much more expensive than what we usually pay. He rang us up for 4 orders of the 2 piece?? We asked him why we were charged double and he wouldn’t give us a straight answer. Not only that but we did only get four mini bagels. So we were charged double what we ordered and only got half of what we paid for. The employee wasn’t answering our questions and eventually we just left because we weren’t getting any help and we needed to be somewhere. I’m am deeply disappointed and upset at our service. I do not recommend this Dunkin location.

I TRIED TO GIVE THIS PLACE A SECOND CHANCE and it let me down once again. I got an iced macchiato and a doughnut. My drink was so sour and is the worst coffee I’ve ever had. Honestly I am so angry at this location. How can you not even make a cup of coffee correctly?? They ran out of the doughnut I wanted so I had to get a plain glazed doughnut. TERRIBLE...

Placed a mobile order, was sent to the curbside pickup even though there were 0 customers in line. Fine. Waited there for five minutes. Both drinks come out, and both are incorrect. One was just missing whipped cream, no big deal, I didn't actually even mention that one, but the other was completely missing flavoring. So we pull back around and tell the girl in the window, who gawks at us and says "I'm sure there is (flavoring in the cup)" and then just looks at us so we had to reassure her that there is no flavoring in the cup. Then she finally says "I can ask the other girl who made it" So she asks her and she gives me some swirl in an espresso cup to add myself. It was a shaken espresso, so the drink was still ruined by the time I had to stir the swirl in and all the foam was flat. Being open at 5:00 a.m. is five stars The service was five stars The freshness of the coffee and donut was five stars The flavor of the coffee and donut was four stars Packaging of the stuff is five stars The prices are two stars $3 for a large cup of coffee is high in my opinion I'm not sure if the prices are high because it's right next to the highway or if that's just how they roll but coffee and a donut used to be a cheap thing in this country It's a new location that's two doors down from the local coffee shop so that's pretty dirty on a corporate level they also have a video camera in the Drive-Thru pointed right in your face which I hate they need to take those away....
