20 minute wait just to get server to come to the table. Two other parties of 8 & 4 came in 10,minutes after us, they had different server & were waited on immediately, got their food 15 minutes,before us. We went up & got our own menus, waited 40 minutes for food. One person had District 5 pizza, the crust tasted like flour, had burnt cheese & served luke warm, Another had waffle fries &, requested them lightly cooked, they were crispy & cold, xould not eat, another person had the walleye plank special, totally over cooked & dried out, served with sour cream instead of tarter sauce. Server came only to deliver food, never came back to see how everything was, to ask for refills, last & 2nd stop was to bring the bill. Never said thanks for coming in, didn't provide receipt, let alone a smile. Other servers seemed to be on top of their customers, but heard others complaining of their food being cold also & a long wait. called to place an order for pick up. lady didn't give a time estimate or price, just said that they'd call when it was ready? waited for over an hour and finally decided to call them. same lady answered when i called back, told me our food had been ready for over 45 minutes and she must've taken our phone number down wrong. i work in customer service, totally understand that mistakes happen!! i'm just baffled that she didn't even apologize, offer to have the food remade, or anything at all. just said that it was still warm because it had been sitting under the heater the whole time so we could still come and get it. entire situation could've been avoided if she'd just given a time estimate for pick up, like every other place would have done. also, kindness and understanding how customers should be treated is easy and goes a long...

The waitress needs to listen to the customer and write down the orders correctly. My parents and I ordered drinks, and mine was to have been an Iced Tea with lemon and sweetener. When I got it, she gave me a sweet tea. That is not what I ordered, but I kept it and requested water so I could dilute the sweetness of it. The food was fresh and hot overall. However, my mother ordered the BLT sandwich without mayo. When her order came, she received the BLT Burger. That's not what she ordered, and I questioned my mom about it, but she didn't want to return it and wait to get her meal, so she kept it and ate it.
