I really wish I could give this location less than one star. Went this morning, and tried three, yes THREE pumps and none of them were working. I was going to go in to talk to the attendant, but he was standing there in a wife beater getting dressed for the morning. Seriously? Do we not get dressed before we go to work? Honestly, this location is the absolute worst Casey's I've ever been to in my entire life. The pumps don't work, the employees don't even bother to get dressed before they come to work, they're consistently out of 90% of their retail products, they're more expensive than the Casey's on Woods Chapel, and basically you're wasting your time to come here. Convenience? Not when three pumps take more than 5 minutes each and they still do not register your payment. If I wanted to see wife beaters and armpit hair, I would have gone somewhere else. Certainly not a gas station that is supposed to be more on the upscale side. If employees are not dressed to even be cashiers, what on earth are the cooks dressed like who are making your pizza or other items?? Yep, I'm done. No more food, no more drinks, no more gas! To be quite honest, watching the cashier get dressed at the counter was repulsive. I cannot imagine what type of contamination is in the food. And don't even bother stopping for gas, as their pumps never seem to work. And as a side note, last time I was there, a very nice female cashier told me that their pumps do not work 90% of the time. So, management and owners surely know this, and...
Read moreI don’t even know where to start. My boyfriend ordered two pizzas with two sides at 5:00 PM yesterday. It said it would take 25 minutes so 15 minutes after we ordered it we went down there. It took us 15 minutes to get there so it should’ve been already ready. My boyfriend went in there And they told him that it wasn’t ready that it would be another 20 to 25 minutes. Which makes me to believe that they hadn’t even started it yet. I sat in the car in the parking lot watching about 20 people go in and out with their pizzas but my boyfriend was not one of them. We got there at around 525. We left there at 6:25. We waited over an hour for our pizzas. At that point they should of gave us a refund. My boyfriend told me that there was no sense of urgency on their part, and on top of that they were out of both sides that we had ordered. Unfortunately this was the first time we had ordered from them and it will definitely be the last. The employees were careless. I’ve worked in the food industry for over 16 years and this is unacceptable. Terrible...
Read moreWe have been big fans of Casey’s since we lived in Illinois. Casey’s bought a pice of property right outside of our subdivision. The neighborhood was not happy about a noisy business going in by our homes. Casey’s sent their spokesman to our city council meeting and assured that they would respect our neighborhood by keeping all trash picked up several times a day, turning the lights off at 11:00pm, and making sure that the neighbors whose backyards abutted the property would have adequate fencing to keep customers out of the neighbors yards. The proposal went through to build the Casey’s. The neighbors were very skeptical. However, they ABSOLUTELY lives up to their promises. And, it was so convenient to have them that close! Now that we live in Blue Springs MO we use the Casey’s at 7Hwy and Pink Hill Road. It is always clean and well stocked. Also, I live the gas points program that they have with Hy-Vee. Totally love...
