Subway — Restaurant in Bluefield

I usually order the same thing every time I go into Subway. 1 Footlong Spicy Italian add turkey, the the charge is like $7.69 + 3.00 for the turkey. Today I was charged for a Footlong turkey $9.29 add Spicy Italian for 3 dollars. So If I had wanted a footlong turkey then I would have asked for it and paid the price difference. BUT, I order the Spicy Italian which should have been like $7.69 then added turkey for $3.00. I questioned this price difference I was dismissed and told that, it automatically charges me for the higher priced sub!! This is completely wrong and Subway is overcharging people for their orders. If I am charged for a footlong turkey, I better be getting the complete amount of meat I pay for(WHICH I DID NOT RECEIVE!) So I was charged for a footlong turkey only received 3 slices of turkey (because I ordered a Spicy Italian add turkey). Subway WILL NO LONGER BE GETTING MY BUSINESS, BECAUSE YOU THINK IT'S OKAY TO OVERCHARGE PEOPLE FOR THIER FOOD AND NOT BOTHER TO TELL THEM!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I called hours ahead to place an order for a six foot sub and when I got there at 4:30 I was told it wasn’t ready. She said she was too busy. There was one person in line. She told me she multiple call ins and orders. She was waiting on one person. All she had to do was ring him up. Keep in mind I’m waiting on her as she tells me to wait and I’m picking this up for my son’s birthday party. She had me jump in front of the man and pay but it was 215 dollars!? She forgot my toppings/sides and the footlong cookies. Spoke to the manager on the phone and she told me there’s nothing she can do but take off the toppings that I wasn’t given anyway. Such a rip off. Six foot subs do not cost...

The only reason it gets three stars is because I understand what it's like working behind that bar. It's stressful and customers are rude. However the staff could have better attitudes and talking trash about how the new manager doesn't know got to do anything leaving the front of the store with customers in the store completely going outside with customers still in the store. The for looking as of it hasn't been swept in months. The drink machine needs cleaned bad. All I have to say is I put in an application and if you need help that won't do these things look for my application it's under Kelli C. And I have management experience in subway so....
