Don’t judge a food truck until you tried this one we were looking for breakfast And again my husband has dietary restrictions and he’s vegan. We came across this charming food truck and I got an egg and cheese on a roll and my husband got rice and beans he could eat that all day long. AND WE LOVED THE FRESH WATERMELON juice which we both ordered. No bitter taste of the rind I liked it so much! They misunderstood our order and accidentally made me two sandwiches and they let me keep the second one (refund) However I offered it to another customer who gave it to one of his coworkers in the truck. It will do in a pinch. The food tasted good enough. Menu said 4 tacos per order. It was actually 3 tacos and they were small. The plantains were good as was the guava and cheese panini. The truck could use an update as the wrap is peeling off and a good cleaning all around the truck is in order....
