Jamba — Restaurant in Boca Raton

This used to be a great place. The Staff was great. They have changed. I had been coming here for years ordering the same drink. A staff member named Lavonte had an attitude problem and told me I cannot order extra boosts. Really? I was a very good customer. it's their loss. I told all my friends my experience as I had help recommend and build there business over the years. I got the impression he is just lazy and doesn't want to make my drink. He told me he is not allowed to make my drink adding extra boosts(which I do pay for). weird. and was quite rude. things have changed here. If this is who Jamba hires than they will lose business. no one should treat people like I was treated after being super loyal..I will find better...

I haven't been to this place for about 4 months or so and even those employees were nice and friendly, the girl in the front wasn't train properly. Almost got charged twice, she thought my card was decline meanwhile I sign and gave a tip. I was about to pay again but then realize it didn't make sense since I signed. Then someone else came and told her she was wrong that I did pay. I asked my order a certain way but the employees making them weren't aware or didn't read notes but both items had to be redone. My bowl was super watery when should be thick consistency and we found a short curly hair while my daughter was eating it, which wasn't ours since we have long straight hair. D. Woods here and I have a Quick Review - This Jamba Juice was pretty decent. Ordered 4 smoothies which took about 15 minutes to complete which was a bit longer than expected however the end result was good. The overall VALUE was decent as you know what to expect when you walk in if its not your first time there. The CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE could have been better as the staff was more product focused versus customer focused. Showing some enthusiasm when patrons walk in and thanking them for their business would be a great way to start.
