My wife and I came in for coffee this morning to witness this poor employee get yelled at by her coworker, the lady told the girl with the scarf to make a drink and then turned and blamed the other girl when the manager said it was made wrong, she kept calling her incompetent and being mean to her the entire time we were there I am honestly shocked no one told her to stop. The girl had a full on crash out and burst into tears and swore and it wasn’t even her fault. I will be taking my business elsewhere if this is how you condone treating employee’s, I will be going to the other locations. Someone needs to give that lady a reality check this is America and you can’t treat people with such abuse and expect them to tolerate it. This isint India. I wouldn’t want to work anywhere where people told me I am worthless either. And the manager jumping in on it and not even defending her is absurd. My wife and I will not be back. Came in didn’t even receive a hi, but didn’t even matter because the screens were not working. All I saw was a random waterfall while I was trying to figure out where the menu is. At that point I just placed my order online. The young girls were doing their best to avoid any contact like as if we’re the plague. Thankfully the girl with the hijab came in and helped us with a remake even tho she delivered bad news about being out of cold foam. It happens but then somehow they’re out of ketchup packets too??? It all fell when I’m not sure if it was a lot of us or what that they began to confuse the wraps we had gotten. What should have been a 10 min stop became 30 min. The girls were nice but it was something that shouldn’t even have been a problem. Thankfully I don’t even live in the area so I’ll never have to experience this place again but some fix ups would be great for...

This place deserves zero stars. First, There Is a very rude young lady working at the window, dark long black hair and caked on makeup. Her tone of voice is definitely not what I would like to hear first thing in the morning before work. 2nd, I asked the young man who gave me my drinks which coffee is which because I had not seen the label on the other side of one cup. So he took my drinks and asked the (rude) lady if she knew which was which and she yelled to him “the label is on there, can’t you see” and slammed one of the coffees down. so that was my mistake for not noticing the label but her attitude is very unpleasant and uncalled for and if that’s who is managing the store then I’m so sorry to the rest of the employees there.
