A Nightmare Experience at Turano Knead Dough - Unacceptable Wait Time

I am a truck driver who frequently visits various establishments to pick up loads, and I must say that my experience at Turano Knead Dough was by far the worst I have ever encountered.

First and foremost, the wait time was beyond ridiculous. I spent a whopping four hours just waiting for my pick-up, which not only caused me great frustration but also put me behind schedule. As a truck driver, my time is extremely valuable, and it's disappointing that Turano Knead Dough doesn't seem to value it as well.

During my lengthy wait, there was no communication from the staff about the delay or any updates on when I could expect my load to be ready. The lack of communication only added to my frustration and disappointment. It would have been helpful to receive some information or even a simple apology to acknowledge the inconvenience.

Moreover, the staff's attitude was indifferent and unhelpful. When I tried to inquire about the status of my load, they seemed uninterested in assisting me and provided no reassurance or updates. Their customer service was severely lacking, and it felt as if they couldn't care less about my situation.

In conclusion, I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Turano Knead Dough. The four-hour wait time, lack of communication, and poor customer service make it impossible for me to recommend this establishment to any fellow truck drivers. This place needs lot of improvement on how to handle personnel they treat people like slaves they change their shift schedule when ever they want as if you did not have a life They also force you to work overtime There is no holiday off days And they make you work or you’re fired the supervisors especially the one in the 2nd And Andres move people from shift to shift how ever he wants to with out thinking that people have a life outside this company Rolando does not know how to deal with personnel really rude

IF you are a work in, like I was today, I sat here for almost 8 hours just watching my clock disappear. Now I have to wait another 2 hours to leave and be up for 24 hours to make the delivery on time. Pretty bogus set up. They said appointments first then the work ins by the oder they get here, the latest you can show up is 15:25, or they won't load you that day.
