B-Town Steakhouse — Restaurant in Bolton

Tonight was the first time we ate at B-Town Restaurant in Bolton, Mississippi, and we were so VERY PLEASANTLY surprised!! It's very laid back, casual, comfortable, clean, so incredibly People Friendly, and the Food was absolutely OUTSTANDING! I had the amazing Pork Chop, The Potatoes that need to have a Menu of their own because they're so delicious, and Green Beans like I've never had before. My Dinner was TOP NOTCH and so PERFECT! My Husband had the 16oz. Steak and Baked Potato, and he said that it was PERFECTION! The food was so plentiful, we couldn't eat it all, and we had the nerve to order Banana Pudding to take home, and that alone was sinful!! THANK YOU B-Town Restaurant for a perfect night out to dinner, that we so needed, and we so very much enjoyed! Oh, and when you get there, and you want an AMAZING SERVER, just ask for Morgan. We were already familiar with Her from another Restaurant, and we were VERY HAPPY to see her and to have her Serving Us tonight at B-Town. Appearance was quaint and had a home style feel to it that i love. The wait staff was extremely slow and after waiting 1 hour to get our order taken and another hour for our food and being told they were out of 3 of the 5 available sides after waiting that extra hour with still no entree …. well to say that we were HANGRY was an understatement…. The grade of the steak was excellent but the sides were horrible and the taste of the steak was lacking in that chargrilled flavor you expect from a ribeye done right. A little pricy for the quality, service and lack of options in sides (or the complete lack thereof ), and virtually no desserts or appetizers to speak of. To say I was disappointed was an understatement. We will not return until we hear better about...

The steaks are delicious. However, there is no bar they only serve beer and I don’t think it’s BYOB. There are also only 3 appetizers on the menu and two of them consist of fries with different sauces. The building is well lit and has a lot of potential but this does not strike me as a date night restaurant. If I’m passing through this is a great quick stop if they are not busy. The servers are not super knowledgeable the menu but I didn’t expect much but I did expect a better experience. My food was good but not good...
