Fireside Flatbread — Restaurant in Bolton

This place used to be good, the new management is absolutely ruining this place. I came in with a group and asked for a full pie and they told me the were no longer doing pie, but right after I ordered the put in the exact pies I had ordered. They had no selection when I ordered so I asked them when new pies would come out and they said no more we’re being made but then right after put new pies in. I’ve worked in food service I just don't understand this type of stuff why not be helpful and get a good tip?? Love Bolton so much but the food here has gone extremely downhill specifically the pizza. Recently new managment has taken over and so many new changes have been leaving a bad taste in my mouth. I was recently denied a whole pizza on a very chillaxed thursday night being told they arent putting out any more. Just then 2 minutes later i saw a freshly cooked buffalo pizza get pulled out which extremely dissatisfied me and the group I was with. Really hope to see Bolton pick...

Seriously surprised with this place! Pizza was thin and crispy. Had a slice of buffalo chicken and pepperoni. The buffalo chicken was perfect, the pepperoni was solid but the sauce could be a little more flavourful, still good though! Would def stop in again for...
