Wow is all I’ll say about the transformation of this dining establishment.. the outside is beautiful but the inside is gorgeous. Aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. The ‘family’ dining area is where we sat, which has its own little bar, along with tables that accommodate 2, 4, 6 + people, along with a unisex handicap accessible bathroom in that seating area. I was able to s/w ‘Christie’ one of the operating partners. Welcoming, friendly, and warm and answered all my questions. My aunt and I were so taken by the ‘warmth’ of the decorations, colors, seating area that my aunt asked if an interior decoratior was used.. we were told no that one of the owners ‘shayna’ did all the decorating after they were complete with the renovations. Shayna, it’s beautiful!!!! Joe was our server.. I told Joe I was going to get him a name tag by the way of tape and a sharpie so everyone would know his name😂. He was fabulous!!!!on point with everything and attentive. The runners were also very nice when bringing out dishes. Everyone was smiling and very friendly. For an appetizer we had the crudite plate. It was as you would expect and described on the menu. Dinner was steak tips for me, cooked perfect and savory. Full of flavor. My aunt had the baked haddock which also had so much flavor and was amazing, also cooked perfectly. For drinks I had a gin drink with muddled strawberries/blackberries and basil.. I forgot the name of it, but very nice.. nice hint of basil in the drink from the fresh basil leaves.. The only disappointment was for my 80 year old aunt… she will only have a ‘cocktail’ if she goes out and loves her ‘southern comfort manhattan with dry vermouth’… unfortunately they do not have southern comfort and she won’t drink it with any other…. Her 2nd choice was moscato…. They did not have that either.. hopefully that will be added to their list as they get into full swing.. aunt Margie wants to come back weekly.. ( may be like every few weeks or monthly)… but we look forward to our next visit!!!! Well done Shayna, husband, Christie, and all of the staff.. oh and reservations...
Read moreThis is the first review I have ever written about anything but I think it’s important to alert the restaurant owners about our experience there. The restaurant renovation is excellent and the atmosphere charming. The food is as good or better than what is locally available in area restaurants. However, the service was unacceptable. We waited thirty minutes for our drink order and this was after asking our server twice where they were. Finally they arrived. Either this facility needs more staff or better trained staff. The server didn’t once notice the problem even after we asked. Frankly, after delay after delay. We were about to leave when our drinks arrived. We had planned to order an appetizer but canceled that plan and ordered our dinner, which was excellent. We do plan to go back and hopefully these problems will have been addressed...

Had the pleasure of attending Oak Orchard’s soft opening tonight and I’m already looking forward to becoming a regular. I ordered the chimichurri steak frites, which was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and beautifully plated. The apple crisp with vanilla ice cream was the perfect ending: warm, comforting, and not overly sweet.
To top it all off, the Ember & Oak cocktail with rosemary-infused honey was outstanding—balanced, aromatic, and refreshingly unique.
The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, with a beautiful layout and refined aesthetic that creates a perfect backdrop for a great night out. For the quality of the food, drinks, and ambiance, the prices are more than fair.
Oak Orchard is a true addition to the community—I can’t wait...
