I decided to take a short drive towards Bolton to see the fall colors and visit this farmstand before they close for the season (reopening next summer). As they are famous for their peaches and apples at the local farmer's market, I really wanted to see the orchard itself as well as have an in-depth chat with one of the owners, Alan, who I got to know when purchasing their amazing produce. They have a really cute farm stand with lots of pumpkins and apples around this time of the year. You also have the option on going apple picking in the orchard and see how the different apples are grown. Alan, who usually doesn’t take people on a tour around the orchard, showed me around and explained all their operations throughout the year. It was really eye opening to the farming industry around this region (compared to California where it never stops). Picked up some apples and cider, enjoyed the fall colors before driving through the back route where you can see the Boston skyline from quite a distance. Definitely recommend the non-touristy experience here.

They are the nicest people around! We've worked with them last year for our ceremony and again this year for the reception. When you visit the Nicewicz family farm, you instantly become part of their family. Thank you Eugenia, David, Alan, Ken and Tommy!

AWESOME family owned farm!!!!!!!! My family and I discovered Nicewitz Family Farm 5 years ago. Now it is the only place we go to pick fruit. We LOVE it here. Lots of trees, different varieties of fruit, friendly people, tractor rides, great pumpkins, great scenery, and peaceful; overall just AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! It's so refreshing!!!!!!!!!! It is not commercialized. My kids age 11 through 22 really enjoy it here. My brother and his daughters also love it. You leave the farm feeling happy and not stressed at all. The one tough part is that the younger kids don't want to leave. (hahaha) Nothing better...

This farm is idyllic. The produce they grow is some of the best I have had in New England and I have lived here my whole life. The nectarines are like eating mouthfuls of sweet jam. The apple orchard smells like a macintosh apple candle. You almost can’t believe it’s real it smells so good.

Everyone who works on this beautiful family orchard was beyond friendly. This is a memory making kind of orchard. Absolutely perfect New England experience without all the tourists and hoopla. Just kind people and lovingly grown produce. Come here. Bring your friends. Tell your family. Eat....
