Mexico Lindo Restaurant — Restaurant in Booneville

Mexico Lindo is a good average small town Mexican restaurant. Inside it is roomy and clean. The building appears to have been a diner in its past life. The service is adequate. The salsa needs help, so order a bowl of the salsa picante and blend them together. The food is an enormous bargain. Lunch specials are available until 3pm and even after 3pm the prices only go up a small amount. I had the number 1 lunch (relleno, taco, beans, and a generous serving of guacamole.) My wife went with the Burrito con Chili Verdi. Simply a flour tortilla rolled and filled end to end with tender pork cooked in a savory chili Verdi sauce, then covered with red sauce. There had to be a half pound of pork in the burrito. Add two drinks and the bill was $21.43. Good food, great prices!

This was my first time to eat at Mexico Lindo. I had beef fajitas and they were soooo good. This is hands down the best Mexican food I've had in a VERY LONG time. The atmosphere was clean and typical of a Mexican restaurant. The servers were friendly and on top of it. What surprised me the most was the price of the food!! I was very surprised to find meals under $10 and kids meals under $5! As someone with a large family, we don't eat out much because it just costs way too much these days. This restaurant is very affordable! And again, everyone at our table was raving over how good the food was. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this...

The first time we came, the food was bland and uninteresting. We decided to give it a second.chance because the prices are good. Second time was the charm. The food was great! The salsa isn't particularly spicy, but we all liked it. The cheese sauce is good. This time I had the carnitas and they were great. Meaty and flavorful. Will definitely recommend. My daughter loves their enchiladas supremas, and my husband prefers their beef chimichangas. All in all, A good meal with good service at a good price. Can't...
