Dunkin' — Restaurant in Boscawen

I go to this Dunkin' infrequently, sporadically at best, whenever I go that way to travel south from my home. I will explain why this is so important in a moment. Whenever I go to other dunking locations, the people are often times irritable, impatient, and frequently make errors in my order. However, EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to the Boscawen location, they are cheerful, patient, helpful, kind, and demonstrate acumen in their work. I felt compelled to let you know. Now, for the reason my sporadic visitation of this location is so important; it would be one thing if I had the occasional good experience or consistent ones at the same time of day if I was a regular, but it really speaks to the quality of the workers, management, training, and environment at Boscawen that I have been infrequently, ordered a random variety of things, and have gone at varying times of day and days of the week, and EVERY time I go, it is the same excellent experience!!!!!! Please recognize this entire location and it's whole crew in some special and significant way. I have been meaning to write a review like this for some time, as my visitation to Boscawen has been happening over 4 years now, and over this period, I have yet to have a single negative experience here, even at peak busy hours, this location has a very short wait time, and STILL doesn't mess up my order! I stopped in today, Mother's Day 5.12.2024 as this location has been a long-time favorite and, a couple of weeks ago I wrote a 5-star review that, after today, I retract because the service and food I received on that day was significantly better than what I got today so management is not ensuring consistency of food quality and customer service standards is happening on every day. I also know that, for me, there is a police officer named: Noah Tomulonis who is setting up specific things on businesses to be done to me and then is paying the employees/other customers to do it. I've known this but, today, had it confirmed as I stood outside writing this updated review and a guy walked by and said when was going to get it that everybody does what Noah wants because then he pays them. I am someone who has never used Facebook, Twitter or any other form of social media and do not use any kind of general media to speak, negatively, about anyone. I work through things directly with the people involved. I've requested a meeting with Noah, many times, to address and resolve the underlying issues behind his ongoing attacks of revenge one but he has refused So, I do occasionally wrote reviews and this one had to done to negate my previous review of this Boscawen Dunkin Donuts, wrote about both the poor customer service and horrible initial taste and presentation of the hash browns I ordered (which ended up tasting a little better after I brought back the first ones and requested a 2nd), and to speak of my first confirmation that Noah Tomulonis was who caused it by colluding...

Not the worst experience I've ever had, but definitely a disappointment. I swung in because I was totally craving a coolatta, which I haven't had in years but remember as being delicious. The guy doing drive-up was very unhelpful - I asked him what the flavor options for a coffee coolatta are and he replied "vanilla bean, strawberry, and coffee". I asked again if there were options for the coffee one (thinking maybe they could add flavors like they can with regular coffee) and he seemed stumped by my question, responding with the same three answers as before. Not being a frequent coolatta drinker I just assumed that there really weren't options. (I now know this isn't true, because I went through the app as if I was ordering online and found loads of customization options!) When I was handed the coolatta I was disappointed to see there was no whipped cream because I thought it came standard. When I mentioned it, the response was "you have to ask for that". No offer to add it on. I suppose I could have pushed the issue and told him to take it back and add it on, but frankly it seemed like more of a hassle than it was worth. The coolatta itself was extremely bitter, tasting like it was sugarless and made with three-day old coffee that had been burnt to the bottom of the pot.
