We ordered online through Menufy and of course got home to an order that was wrong. Not sure how it was wrong as the order was pretty self explanatory. That’s pretty frustrating because obviously if I ordered it to go I didn’t have time to go in there and eat. Also, whoever put my food in the bag put the side enchilada in there sideways so everything was covered in chili sauce. We called and asked what time they closed and told them our order was wrong and we were headed back up there. Upon arrival we told the young girl at the front what was wrong with it and she laughed. I guess our food being wrong was funny, we sure didn’t find it funny. We told her we wanted it remade and she took it to the kitchen. She then came back and said the kitchen didn’t understand the notes on the order. Umm it said soft taco with cheese sauce on it, we were like how did they not understand. We order it like this all the time. She then said she “didn’t know she didn’t cook the food”. It wasn’t what she said it was the snotty way she said it plus the laughing before was really not okay! I believe her name was Yaka. After that we asked for an owner or manager because at this point we were done dealing with a snotty teen. She said there was no manager on duty there and we said okay well you need to get someone besides you. Milo I believe came up front and dealt with it from there, our food was made correctly and we left. We are all about supporting small businesses and we are frequent guests at this establishment. Not too mention we have had several get togethers at this establishment with 20 plus people. However, we will not support a business where an employee laughs at food that was wrong and talks to us like we are idiots. We asked for cheese on our kids taco, the puffy taco meal only had one taco, and the enchilada had no sauce as it leaked out in the bag. Not too mention the order was a mess with chili all over everything. Mistakes happen we get that but how it was dealt with wasn’t appropriate. Yaka or whatever her name is, is not an asset to this business. I am not sure we will return either, there’s a plethora of similar restaurants in the area so we have plenty of...

First time here, definitely one of the best Mexican restaurants in Shreveport Bossier. I had steak Chimichangas, and my wife had brisket street tacos. The Chimichangas were crisp, and the steak was tender with amazing flavor. The brisket street tacos were very well done, very well seasoned. The service was fast and attentive, and the atmosphere was very nice. And you just can't beat the scenery (that may have admittedly been unique to my experience though. Oh, and the margaritas were delicious! We both enjoyed, and will...

We came in and the lady at the front desk didn't give us menus to order with. She went around us and seated the next people. We got our own menus and ordered. She never asked us what we wanted. This place needs a new front desk worker or she needs more training . I will update about how the food was .(Update- This is what our food looked like and the the plate was torn. This is not what the food looked like in the pictures. The chicken inside of it was burned and hard. ) This is not...

First time here and it’s really good. Appearance Was really nice and clean, large dining area. Bar area is okay look like a good choice of domestic and import beers. Wait staff was nice and quick. Food: had the tacos and the presentation was spot on along with the taste. Chips and hot sauce was also good. Over all price wasn’t bad either. Think it was around 30.00
