Starbucks — Restaurant in Bossier City

Not usually a rating guy, but this place was bad. Almost walked out due to the smell of dirty mop water. (I should have.) Was "greeted" by the barista who slouched behind the counter and almost seemed bothered I was there. I mispronounced my order (slight accent) to which she responded in a condescending tone, with her opinion of the correct pronunciation, "You mean, cappuccino?" She then asked what size I wanted, and as I looked around the counter for cups to compare, she says impatiently, "Small, medium, large." I told her the size, and she told me the total. Then she just walks off. I paid with my card, and waited. It took another employee to come over and tell me my card had gone through...never got offered a receipt of any kind. My spouse ordered and picked up a drink for me, however, the personnel on duty (19 Jul 24 @ 1130) did not add the label to the drink order and there were no other identifiable information on the cup. This error made it impossible to verify if the drink was mine or if it contained the proper ingredients (free of allergens).

To reduce the risk of consuming something that would result in me becoming ill, we reordered the drink from a different Starbucks.

I recommend adhering to the proper company protocols and if deviations must occur employees adequately communicate with the customers.

Quality of service is everything and for the amount of money customers pay for Starbucks, the price point demands the highest...
