While the service was fast, that just tells me the "grilled chicken" wasn't fresh. Had a lunch quesadilla, no rice, no beans, few shreds of lettuce, couple dices of tomato, spoon of sour cream(which was fine), and really, old guacamole. Came with chips and salsa. For 10.99: not all that bad. but, with no drink, the above mentioned lunch special, and a side......small side of queso to go, total was $23.00. I met my wife at Trejo's for an early dinner experience. She had the chicken enchilada dinner. I had the steak fajitas. The restaurant was clean. The staff was friendly. We received our food very quick today. Both entrees looked and were found to be delicious. We finished our meals and were thanked for coming. The dining experience was fine. As someone who business travels all over the state of Louisiana...plus several other states...this little chain has the best Mexican food by far. Their beef fajitas are good quality flank steak, seasoned and cooked perfectly.

Pro Tip: Skip the regular red salsa and ask them for their green salsa verde to go with your chips. You normally have to go to somewhere like California to find salsa...
