Dunkin' — Restaurant in Boston

If I could rate this Dunkin 0 stars I would. Lets start with the fact that I faithfully wait at the register for someone to take my order despite the fact that theres never a line. I get a latte, made the same way everyday yet I have to repeat the order multiple times and usually have to hand my cup back to an employee to be made again. Today will be my last day going to this Dunkin, apparently the price for a latte changes everyday, yesterday the woman tried to charge me 8 dollars for one medium ice latte. Everyday I go into Dunkin I have to explain to someone that I come here everyday and that I know what the pricing is supposed to look like. Today a "Manager" was called to register. I explained to her the price wasn't what I normally pay everyday and she tried to tell me that my latte was an extra 2 dollars because I needed to substitute whole milk for almond milk due to my lactose intolerance. I showed her my Dunkin history and asked if that means I was charged wrong everyday and she responded "Yup." A couple days ago when I ordered the same latte the sugar was substituted for cream. If I get an iced latte with almond milk why would I get cream in it? I only realized it was wrong after taking a sip and immediately feeling sick to my stomach, consequently I spent the rest of the day throwing up. After returning to Dunkin to woman said to me "the ticket said cream so I put cream in it" when in fact I never said cream. Everyday theres an issue getting the order right and paying...

The bagel with cream cheese I ordered came plain but smelled strongly of sausage and was visibly greasy and clearly had been assembled as a sandwich prior. This toasted bagel was also stone cold but clearly toasted. This really makes me question where this food was prior to me receiving it. Was it served to a customer and returned? Was it dropped? Why was I not served fresh food? I was not able to eat my food and only noticed when I returned home as I was driving at the time.

This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with food hygiene here either. In a previous experience I received a coffee that smelled so strongly of antiperspirant body spray (like Axe) I needed to wash the cup which alleviated the smell. Overall what are your employees doing and why is it...

Horrible place and workers seem to be biased and make fun of one worker. I’ve heard it happen many times by somebody that works there. She gets laughed at because she eats on her breaks, and they ask her “why are you eating, aren’t you fat enough?”, somebody throws away her food while she’s eating it as well. Another day, she works with a huge stain on her pants for HOURS on end, while leaving, everybody laughs at her. It is a shame that people think this place is good enough to serve people because nobody should be treated that way.

I’ve been here a couple of times and every single time, they mess up my drink. I even order drive-thru too, and they mixed up a croissant sandwich with avocado toast?
