Absolutely Amazing Sauna & Cold Plunge Experience!

I had the most incredible experience at Ember and Ice. This pop-up sauna and cold plunge setup is truly next level. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The team has created a space that feels both energizing and deeply relaxing—a perfect balance between rejuvenation and recovery.

The sauna itself is beautifully designed, with just the right amount of heat to work up a great sweat. The contrast between the heat and the refreshing cold plunge was pure magic! The icy water was invigorating, and after just a couple of rounds, I felt an incredible sense of clarity, energy, and relaxation all at once.

What really sets this place apart is the attention to detail. The ambiance, cleanliness, and thoughtful touches—like refreshing towels, guided breathwork tips, and a welcoming community vibe—make it an unforgettable experience. Whether you’re a seasoned sauna lover or a first-timer, this is the perfect spot to reset your body and mind.

I can’t recommend Ember and Ice enough! If you’re looking for a unique and revitalizing experience, this is it. I’ll definitely be...

I absolutely love the vibe that Ember & Ice holds. Super stoked to see a wood fired sauna business with such a great group of people running it. Not only does their sauna have access to a natural plunge in Boulder Creek, but it's nestled on the hillside with AMAZING views. I love how they bring local health and wellness enthusiasts for events, and bring an awesome wood fired experience in such a unique sauna. If you haven't sat in the bubble at night, with the night sky above you, you need to. Not only is their sauna hot, but the community of people who go are phenomenal. To add, the owners are amazing, kindhearted, and awesome people! They clearly care about their members and their sauna! If you haven't had a wood fired Sauna experience, definitely go...

Finnish-approved Sauna!

I grew up in Finland and spent the 30 first years of my life bathing in saunas almost daily. While Ember & Ice isn't an exact replica of your traditional Finnish public sauna, it's as close as you'll get without traveling to Finland. You can enjoy a cold plunge in the barrels and tubs, or you can walk down to the creek for a proper dip before warming up in the sauna again. The folks running the operation keep the sauna clean, hot, and welcoming unlike your typical gym saunas or anything sauna-adjacent that you might have experienced in the past.

If you're looking for a proper Finnish wood-fired sauna experience in a beautiful setting, look no...

I love this sauna place- it has incredible vibes and such a unique style sauna and cold plunge. The sauna itself is so beautiful, clean and well made. And I like how it’s close to Ebin G park so you have the option to cold plunge in an epic creek if you choose (or their on site cold plunge dips are nice too) Also all the guys who run Ember & Ice are amazing! Top notch service and experience. Highly recommend trying this out for a cool Boulder Colorado experience for those visiting- or getting a membership if you’re a local! Well worth the money, experience and the community that comes with it. It’s addictive in all the best ways!
