Arby's — Restaurant in Bourbonnais

THE DRIVE THRU SERVICE IS A JOKE. ON 12.29.24 my family and I were on our way back home from a wrestling tournament. We were just ready to head back home, so we settled with drive thru, and Arby's sounded good. First off, I had to say something to get the persons attention, after sitting there for a good few minutes. When she got on, she was laughing so hard she couldn't ask me what I wanted, so I gave her time to settle down, and I said my 1st order, she could barley comprehend that, and proceeded to tell me to pull forward for my total. I said "oh no, I am not done, I am ordering more, I'm sorry for the confusion..." her reply was a HUFF.. LIKE SHE WAS ANNOYED WITH ME. I shook it off and thought maybe I was reading into it to much and she didn't mean it.. as I go to tell her what else I wanted, she snapped back at me so fast to tell me to " hold up a minute. You are ordering 2 different things and UGH!!" ON TOP OF THAT, I COULD HEAR THE OTHER WORKER GIGGLING AT US IN THE BACK GROUND. I was silent, in disbelief that those 2 GROWN middle ages women are acting like children. I DROVE OFF. I got a GREAT look at both of their faces as I drove off. THEY WERE STANDING IN THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW LAUGHING AND WAVING AT ME..... And they want paid $15 an hour? They don't deserve to have a job, and I am not the person to wish ill will upon anyone, but I sure hope they can take it when it's given right back to them when Karma makes her appearance in their life. Made an order yesterday and was told 3 minutes for my chicken to be done and waited for 20 minutes before going in to get my food. They had my food bagged up and it's almost like they forgot I was there. Wasn't even busy, arbys is expensive anyway. Should've just went to McDonald's or Chipotle instead, can't even order online on the app properly too. No rewards points system either, I'm done with Arby's the food isn't even that good. Go to the Bradley one instead! Order took 15 minutes just to get home and it be wrong, fries were cold. Poor kid up front was so confused and had no idea to do his job, probably threw him on the position he explained he was new. A lady went through the drive thru just to come in and exchange the food for a refund, fries were half full with curly fries mixed in with straight fries as well as cheese on her sandwich when she ordered it with no cheese. She also said “I should’ve went to the one in Bradley” it’s honestly worth the longer drive to get fresh food within a reasonable amount of time and it be correct.
