Stopped in on the 4th of July at 12:30 p.m. and waited 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me then told me I was standing in the wrong spot to order. Then went to that area and waited another 5 minutes to order a simple chicken wrap sandwich. There were 4-5 girls working and were not very busy at the time. Their main concern seemed to be restocking supplies and cleaning all while keeping their backs to the customers and not making any contact at all. Read moreSo amoung ordering today, I accidentally mixed up my drinks. When I got home, (a whole minute away lol) I realized this and debated going back. I decided to do back and do the walk of shame entering the facility this time. I would state that my drinks were mixed up, and the young lady, her name is Faith helped me out. I was very thankful, she even offered to give me the other drinks for free. Faith fixed me right up in a jiffy and sent me on my way. 😊.

Read moreI absolutely despise giving one star ratings, but I also acknowledge that it is beneficial for the growth and development of the company to receive such reviews in hopes that it improves. I ordered and they got the order wrong to the extent that it could have been detrimental to someone’s health. Sugar free sometimes is very necessary but when the employee feels like it’s not a big deal, it becomes even more of a big deal.
