Food is good. Service is terrible. They always mess something up. Called in an order at 8:30 and drove all the way down here about 35 miles, arrived at the restaurant to pick it up 10 past 9 and they had give my food to someone else. As someone who cowboys and ranches for a living and eats once a day. I do not appreciate driving 35 miles for them to give away my food to someone else. Where I come from you treat your customers better then that. We eat here all the time and I’ve spent lots and lots and lots of money on appetizers and drinks and always tip very very well. This is the reasturant I used to take everyone to. That won’t be happening anymore. I could have gone somewhere else and picked up food if I had known they couldn’t wait 10 minutes for me to get there when I drive so far to get it. Not what I appreciate after working outside in the cold all day and not after all the money I’ve spent in this place. They also always mess up our order in some way or fashion and the drinks are left for a long time before being refilled. They will also serve you small portions and charge you for the large. Their service and how they treat their customers is really terrible but the food was good so we always...

This was my first visit to Dos Chiles. I give them top ratings for: 1. Beautiful atmosphere 2. Friendly and knowledgeable service 3. Gracious hospitality, and 4. Fresh, quality ingredients. Further explanation: 1. A clearly skilled decorator found unique ethnic items to adorn the restaurant. 2. Emily enthusiastically cared for our table of six men. She offered quick recommendations when asked. And she kept our salsa bowls and chips coming. We were having a church camp planning meeting and kept our table from 6:30 until they closed at 9:00. Nothing expressed but joy to have us all evening long. 4. I like that they offer a spicy and mild salsa. This would make my wife happy. (She's allergic to jalepeños.) On Emily's recommendation I tried the stir-fried veggies with beef and chicken. Excellent vegetables not overcooked and good cuts of beef and chicken fajita meat. Why withhold a star? For me, the stir-fry was light on spice/flavor. They could upgrade the fajita marinade. But I will definitely return and order the stir-fry again. But I will request some fresh jalepeños added to...

Nice atmosphere. Friendly and attentive service. I ordered The Bronco - A tamale, enchilada, and taco with rice and beans. The food came out quickly and was nice and hot. I really liked the rice; it was typical Mexican rice, but different enough from others to stand out. My tamale was big, and the chili sauce on top was very good. The only con was the chips. They were thin and crispy, which I like BUT they were SO greasy. The grease was almost dripping off! So much that the grease flavor over powered the chip flavor. This was my first time here, so I am going just assume they are not tyoically that greasy. We arrived just after opening, and I think maybe they didn't have their oil completely heated before frying the chips. The hot sauce was really fresh and good. The parking lot was filling up, so it seems that lots of people like to eat there. I will definitely go back next time...

We have been stopping at Dos Chiles for the last few years and they never disappoint. You are always offered either mild or spicy salsa, and plenty of tortilla chips of course. However if you feel adventurous ask for the habanero or green salsa, they are only provided upon request. You must order the fresh Mexican Guacamole! Whether you choose the Carne Asada, Steak Ranchero or Parrillada, you will be truly satisfied. I seem to always get something to wash all that down and my go to drinks are the Michelada with Pacifico or Dark Modelo, Margarita on the rocks, or a delicious Mojito.
