Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bowling Green

I'm not sure how this place stays open. We ordered two weeks ago and my wife picked the pizza up and brought it home. It was supposed to be a Philly cheese steak pizza with no green peppers. It turned out to be a regular one topping pizza with the meat from a Philly. I called and talked to the manager and was told we'd get a free replacement pizza next time we ordered. Well, that ended up being last night(Jan 20th,2023). She ordered a Philly cheese steak pizza again with no green peppers. They told her it would be ready in 40 minutes. I got there around 30 minutes later to pick it up and it wasn't ready yet. It came out of the oven about an hour after she ordered it. When they handed it to me I opened the box right there at the counter and it was covered in green peppers. I showed the people at the counter and they told the people who build the pizzas to make another one and put a rush on it. I heard them say Philly cheesesteak pizza no green peppers. 15 minutes later I get that pizza and I just take it out to my truck I didn't even look at it. I decided to open the box though before I pulled out. This pizza was on a cracker thin crust and cut in squares and looked like it was made by a drunk person. It was not any kind of Philly cheesesteak pizza I've ever gotten from any Domino's. I went back in and demanded my money back for my extra breadsticks I've got with the pizza and told them I would never be back and I won't.

I also recommend that you go to any other Domino's but this one. Terrible...

Placed online delivery order at 5:42pm showing a 31min delivery time. At 5:56 order showed out for delivery. At 7:12 order showed it was delivered even though it was not. I called and was told it was still at restaurant and I would get it when I get it. 25 mins later I get a call from driver saying they can not find my address so I proceed to give them detailed directions and 10 mins later they arrive and female driver was slurring her speech and having issues walking. I was clearly upset with driver at this point and said I would have been better off ordering from a different restaurant and she replied that she wished she could be off work and not having to deliver my food. Once I finally get my pizzas they are both cold and nasty. I call to complain again and I'm told it will be an hour before they can get me replacement pizzas. I only live a half mile away from this location mind you. This has been one of the most ridiculous experiences with any type of restaurant I have ever had and will never again be ordering...

The staff was very unhelpful and incompetent. I only asked a simple question when was the last time they delivered pizza in my house and the guy on the phone said may I know why and as soon as I told him honestly the reason then he changed his mind to give me the answer. At first he said hang on and I'll check and I waited up to 3 minutes. He said I have all the details but I can't tell you because I am not allowed to tell it. I had unauthorized charge twice in different transaction in my debit card. If they have the details of the delivery then why would the staff not tell me? That's because as soon as I told him I had unauthorized charge, he changed his mind not to tell me the answer when was the last time they delivered the pizza. I gave the honest answer but he gave me no answer after he got my answer although I was only asking a very simple question and it is about the last time they delivered the pizza and not the...
