Pros: Service staff were nice, but they need to pay attention to what the food they are serving looks like (if it looks gross then don’t bring it to the customer).

Cons: pickle spear appetizers were just a greasy burnt pile of grossness, steak tips were without flavor (tasted like they had been frozen and looked like they had been boiled), sides were also gross: frozen wimpy vegetables, over seasoned garlic potatoes (cold)

Neutrals: beverages served in single serving bottles (including water and tea) - this place could be cool and make a pretty good profit, but it just feels like there is a general lack of effort.

When we went into the cafe, the waitress was standing at the till talking to someone that had most of their go order already. She saw us come in, but didn’t speak to us or acknowledge us at all. When she finally did come to our table, her excuse was she had to wait there for the rest of their order, it was already paid for though. She didn’t stand at our table while we waited for our go order! She was extremely rude. I have worked in a cafe before, the waitress is supposed to wait on the customer when they come in and not ignore them. We ordered something with gravy and I asked if the mushrooms weren’t already in it to please leave them out. We got home and had no gravy. We will not ever go back...

I was very disappointed after returning here to eat for the first time in roughly 4 years. I want to start by saying I used to love eating here, my first complaint is the chips were burt beyond belief and appeared to be missing seasoning which I get people make mistakes so I kindly asked for another order.
