This is easily some of the best Mexican food I've had, and that's saying something because I've been traveling across the United States. I got their mixed fajitas, and it comes with rice and refried beans, and I have to say, these are some of the creamiest and most flavorful refried beans I've had in a really long time. The shrimp, chicken, and steak were tender and juicy, and seasoned in a way that was captivating, without being overwhelmingly spicy. The peppers, onions, and pico de gallo were fresh and delightful, and I'm really grateful that we got to taste what they're capable of putting together with such wholesome ingredients! The people there are very friendly, too! They seemed genuinely glad that we were there and they seemed delighted to talk to us! We got to hear the story of how this place got started, and it was inspiring! I felt welcomed and wanted in this space, and that was a refreshing change of pace from what I'm used to when I go out to eat anywhere. I wish we could pack them up and bring them to Albany, NY with us; they could show the Mexican food places of our area a thing or two, for sure! It looks like an ordinary house with a food truck in the back; the food truck itself is parked right next to some very fragrant lilacs! I wished that there were picnic tables to eat at, but that's all right; it's still a delightful place, and it's very much worth making a stop here! Though we are just passing through, I do hope that this place continues to be a blessing and a boon to this community.

Happy to have quality mexican food in Bowman. The owners are really nice people that provide great customer service! They were super busy the first day i had come in and added cheese on a burrito that i didn’t want cheese on. They offered to remake it immediately, but i was in a rush so they told me to call ahead next time to give me a free burrito on the house. You can’t ask for better customer service! It’s even better that their food is...

Amazing, authentic mexican food. I eat here multiple times a week and it’s always SO good. Cristina is so kind and friendly and the food is ready quick. She delivers in Bowman or you can pick it up. No dine-in. Her food is reasonably priced which I love and keeps me coming back. I love that the Portions are big! You don’t see that much anymore. It’s so nice having a place in town that’s convenient, open regularly, reasonably priced,...
