I walked in, they said hello, but then proceeded to sit there and chit chat amongst each other without ever coming up to take my order for a couple minutes. They only took my order after the person who was running the drive-thru, had a customer show up and forced them to stop the conversation then the others decided to actually see if there was something I wanted to order. Then when I placed my order I asked for a caramel frappuccino with extra caramel. They did not provide the extra caramel, then turns out the person that took my order didn't even make note that I wanted extra caramel. I just said screw it, it is what it is. I'm willing to let it go, but then when I get back to my vehicle I go to taste it only to find that it's basically just water has absolutely no properties of a slush, and with only a trace of coffee in it just enough to make the whole thing sour and it also tasted like the damn whipped cream was curdled as well. First time I've ever felt the need to dump out a way overpriced drink like that. And I damn sure wasn't going to waste my time going back in to have been corrected because if they can't do it right the first time they're probably not going to do it right the second time, and heaven forbid they decide to tamper with it in a way to get back at me. Then the worker who told me this turned around to clean in front of m3 and my nephew. Asked another worker and was told that there are different workers in different sections. Great, no humanity at Starbucks. The correct answer would be “Sorry, I will go check on that.” The worst part is everybody got an attitude with me like I was being unreasonable to think it was rude to not just grab a cake and instead clean in front of me. To top it off I was in town for a funeral and trying to take my nephew out for a break from all of that. Instead I was treated as if I were rude. Then they disappeared, brought the cake pop and cake from the back (so I didn’t see what they did with it), and they got my coffee order wrong.    Read moreThis has got to be one of the worst Starbucks I have ever gone too. Its so hit & miss. My daughter & I have ordered our drinks here at least 8-10 times (I guess im a sucker for punishment and waste of money). Maybe 3 times have the drinks been consistent and made right! Many times you have to ask for the drinks to be stirred over because the chocolate is literally sitting at the bottom like it was just not stirred. We've also dealt with rude employees who act like its a crime that they have to actually do their job! Most the time when I have time, we just run into Rapid and get coffee at Dixon Coffee, where the drinks are always consistent and served with a smile. Someone needs to teach these "Baristas"" how to make the drinks how they are ordered...
