Oh boy! Where do I begin. It's Sunday at lunch time and their competition (Burger King) has broken equipment so all the business is going here. Rather than showing a sense of urgency, the staff is moving slower. It's a shame to see unmotivated employees. I really hope the manager sees this post.
Here are the highlights A) team is slow, rude and not interested in helping. B) no effort. there are four employees and only one is working with the other at the register. Two others are talking and just don't care about the line. C) food is selling out and no one is making more. I've been in line for 30 min and still no action. D). Staff are not wearing hairnets. Look sloppy and did i mention they don't seem to care?
The one lady working, although super rude, is the one selling and the reason clients have not raided the place to help themselves.
Owner please take action! I know you have the market cornered but people will leave more bad reviews and will only hurt you in the future.

I like giving updates from older reviews. Just visited. Ordered a Stromboli (Hawaiian) even tho it is not a menu item it was all they had and the last one. No desserts. And employees not wearing gloves during food prep. Pizza looked like it had been sitting awhile, no meatballs or pasta option. Although an improvement from my review 3 years ago, I’m still going to rate them with 1.5 stars.
2019Worst Sbarro I've been to, dirty, unprofessional, old nasty food. Can tell sanitization is poor, food has been sitting out for hours, crusted by the lights. Employee was seen wearing apron that looked like it had not been washed in days, flour, sauce and nastiness all over it. I'll wait til Chicago to get a stromboli, got a slice of pizza to hold me over.
For being a plaza on a toll road I...
Read moreAs a restaurant consultant I travel up and down the turnpike weekly going from one failing restaurant to another in hopes to turn it around this is my go-to Sbarro as the other ones along the turnpike are underwhelming to be polite but there is one problem I hope the owner or general manager can straighten out it's the 4 oz serving cup with only one and a half ounces of sauce in it when I asked the girl this isn't full can you give me a full one she says that's how we do it! So when I asked her if I ordered a 20 oz soda and you only gave me 8 oz would it be okay to be upset then and she said of course! LOL you can't make this up so in short this location has its act together but there's nothing worse than not having enough marinara for...
