Everyone makes mistakes, it's human nature. But today we found our order was missing a burger from one meal when we got home with our take-out. I called hoping to get a credit on record for it. She said, " come back and we'll give you another one" (we never got the original one, mind you). I replied, "we are already home in Atlas" and was about to ask if she could just make record of it for our next visit when she said, "You don't have to yell at me". I replied, "Well, I'm not yelling, but I wont apologize for being upset and frustrated that someone is going without lunch because your restaurant made a mistake". So I asked for a manager and she said, "I'm the owner" She then proceeded to tell me that it was my fault for not checking our bags to make sure everything was there! Then said, "I dont have time for this!" and hung up on me....First of all, always validate your customer's complaint. Second, just apologize and offer to "make it right", I'm always good with that. I paid for the meal....my money is in your register....but I did not get my lunch so just apologize and make me feel validated. Telling me that it is MY fault that YOUR STAFF messed up our order, and then tell me that you Don't Have Time to deal with it....? ...just bad business....shame on you...you stole money from us,...

Per the website, the restaurant closed at 9:30 and we were under the impression that they indeed, did close at 9:30pm. When ordering we were cut off multiple times when we tried to speak and then finally when the carhop Tiffany brought our food to the car it was packaged them to go. When receiving our drinks, she almost spilled the drink all over my lap. When we asked why our food was packaged to go, Tiffany stated that they closed at 9 and any order ordered after 8:40 was packaged to go. When have you ever been to a restaurant that has told you that you can’t have food for here because they closed shortly. Next, we mentioned that the website said they closed at 9:30 and they were no where close to closing time and Tiffany sassily stayed that nope they closed at 9 with no care that the website was wrong. At the end, when we asked for a manager - there was NO MANAGER THERE. What type of restaurant doesn’t have a manager there? You continued to give me ATTITUDE over how you could serve me. I calmly stated by the order and you began yell at me.
I couldnt beleive your customer service and I told you to refund my card, you responded cant do it and dont know how. I raised my voice at you because you LIED TO MY FACE after i told you to find a supervisor or someone who could and you SUCCESSFULLY refunded my card.
Ive been going to this location for years but i cant accept this treatment.

I had the right to do that, since my last experience there, my name was spelled wrong. Thus the reason i countied to refuse giving a name since your staff cannot ask for spelling.
I will be calling the owner tomorrow. I have made a COMPLAINT to corporate.
And will continue to sent complaints to corporate until an apology has been formally made both in person...
