Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Brandon Charter Township

I'll never go back. It had been 6 years since my last visit to this location because of a bad customer service experience. I decided to give them another try. I called in my order & told them of a coupon I had. When I arrived, I gave my name & handed the cashier the coupon. She looked at it & lifted it over her head as someone was walking by. When he continued to keep walking, she said "don't ignore me" she seemed irritated. When He came to the register, he examined the coupon front back, re read & re read & examined it again. Not even a hello or a smile or an acknowledgement that a customer was standing in front of him. I informed him that these Hunger Howie coupons were passed out at the Lions game a couple weeks ago. At that moment, He looked me right in the eye & said "we don't accept this coupon but BECAUSE I WANT YOUR MONEY, I'll DO IT THIS TIME." then cocked his head at me. Wow. I stood there in disbelief, shocked at what came out of his mouth. I paid, got my food items & left. Had I not been so famished or even so blown away at the rudeness of these employees I probably would have just walked out without paying & without food. I wish I would have because when I got home, opened the box my order was wrong. Never going back. They really need to teach a class to them about...

I’ve ordered from this Hungry Howies a few weeks ago and they delivered me some undercooked subs - literally raw dough on the inside. I spoke to the manager and said your oven must be either down too low or spinning too fast. The manager didn’t believe me but did the right thing and credited the two on the account.

Fast forward to today - ordered 2 medium pizzas pepperoni / black olives, pepperoni and bacon, well done for both pizzas with butter parm sesame seed crust. Take a look at the pictures attached. Minimal toppings / completely thrown on and still UNDERCOOKED.

Business owners that take pride in what they choose to do should be rewarded with positive reviews and customers. You did not look into the issues I initially brought up when I first called.

I can’t imagine how many customers are currently eating raw pizza. I will NOT be eating at this Hungry...

I've been ordering here for months and it's usually great service. But this last time I went to get my food it was a little busy and there was one employee just standing by the counter and when I walked in he glanced at me then back down at his phone without sayin anything. I tried to walk over to him but he just pointed towards the other register. The phome rang while I was waiting but the guy at the counter didn't seem to care so a girl came over and got them. Still no greeting or help for me tho. I didn't think much of it, but I stood there for awhile before another girl came over and apologized for the wait. She was very friendly and even offered plates/napkins, etc.
