JC's Sandwich Shop — Restaurant in Brandon

My visit started with confusion. Two menu screens sat side by side with the same breakfast sides having a price difference of $1.00 for each item ($2.50 vs $3.50 or $1.25 vs $2.25 etc) So I ask what the difference was. Guy in charge tells me with an attitude that they are changing the menu remotely and they will change soon. Then later shuts off the cheaper one with a tv remote. I ordered a cafe con leche and breakfast burrito. The coffee looked and tasted like sweet milk. The burrito had a large tortilla but looked very deflated and flat. The salsa made it taste cold and the Kraft singles cheese killed the flavor. Who puts cheap American sliced cheese on a $10 burrito?? Top to bottom and unpleasant experience. I don't need attitude when it's your fault you have different prices on display and I want to know why. Nothing tasted...

I CAN NOT EXPRESS HOW SATISFIED I AM WITH THIS SANDWHICH SHOP. I WORK RIGHT DOWN THE ROAD FOR AN AC COMPANY AND WE HAVE ORDERED FROM JC'S FOR MANY YEARS. WE ARE ALWAYS SATISFIED WITH THIS SHOP IN ALL ASPECTS. THE FOOD IS AMAZING, THE PRICES ARE FAIR, AND THE PEOPLE ARE GREAT. THIS MORNING I ORDERED BREAKFAST AND HAD AN ISSUE WITH SOMETHING I ORDERED (FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER) AND THE OWNER PERSONALLY CAME TO MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT TO REPLACE MY FOOD AND EVEN PACKED ME A LUNCH BAG. HE CAME IN WITH SINCERE APOLOGIES AND GAVE ME A HUG. I EXPLAINED TO HIM I WAS NO WHERE NEAR UPSET BECAUSE WE HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THIS SHOP. IF NOT ALREADY AMAZED WITH THIS RESTRAUNT, I WAS SURELY BLOWN AWAY WITH THE WAY HE HANDLED MY SITUATION. THIS AN AWESOME AWESOME...

My recent experience at JC's Sandwich Shop left much to be desired. Despite the typically good quality of their food, poor customer service leaves the worst taste in your mouth. The inability to reach anyone by phone, even when calling 30 minutes before closing time doesn’t make sense. Disheartened, I decided to drive over, only to find the doors locked a good 10 minutes before the posted closing hours. It's frustrating when a business fails to adhere to its own schedule. While the food at JC's Sandwich Shop is usually enjoyable, the lackluster service and questionable business practices certainly detract from the overall experience. It's my hope that they address these issues promptly, as they're tarnishing what could otherwise be a stellar dining...
