Wonder find on my New England Road Trip. My goal was to hit 4 states I have never been while on a trip to Boston. Rented a car and drove up and over. I was finding a hard time finding something that was truly interesting but I knew I wanted to eat and 5th in the list I found on line of things to see was this shop and deli! It’s two spots and both are simple and quaint and embodied the parts of Vermont that are purely good old fashioned quality and service! The ladies at the market were welcoming and helpful. I ordered a sandwich and wanted a side of mac and cheese, which apparently required me to be in a different one of the three lines crammed into this small space. Then, the drinks were across the store from the sandwiches so you had to get out of line to go get them. Overall, really no organization. The food was very good, but waiting 45 minutes to get in and out on what was billed as a quick road trip spot was...
