Carbon Canyon Coffee Co. — Restaurant in Brea

It was a little weird to find this place saying how they were relatively new and there wasn’t a lot of information on where to find this place, but I’m very glad I did! The lot was pretty empty for a Sunday afternoon which led me to be a bit skeptical but I’m glad I pushed forward!

Let me be very frank about this coffee, it is great! It was some of the smoothest coffee I’ve had in a long time and I was very surprised to find it in such an isolated area of Brea. I will be going back here in definitely but I do want to share a few things.

This place just open for months ago and from what I can tell the owners are very new to this. The staff was super friendly and the community around it for those who came we’re very nice and courteous. I want to come back and continue to try all the other things on their menu! A small business has a higher chance of succeeding if it passes its first year of being a business, so I definitely recommend supporting these guys and their coffee company.

This is by far the BEST COFFEES SHOP I have ever gone into.

I'm Pretty stoked I live across the street from them. I go with my girlfriend every weekend or so, Love their Ice coffee, love their strawberry banana juice! Chocolate Chip muffins are incredibly delicious. Have them warm it up and add a little butter. Yum!

The artwork and decorations are super! Love the motorcycles. Love the Dirt bikes. Absolutely love the Hot Rod car in the parking lot!!.

They have shirts, hats, and other cool stuff you can purchase while you wait for your coffee or juice, or treats. I have already gotten a few...

Updated: The owner Sean, contacted me regarding my review, which he felt did not reflect their typical food and service quality. In fairness to them, there was a Cars & Coffee event that day, which may have been a little chaotic for them. I would give them a second chance, and I have adjusted my review scoring based on Sean’s response. I will re-review them on my next visit as appropriate.
