Subway — Restaurant in Brenham

Just had the most uncomfortable experience just to order a sandwich. I’m guessing acting lead shift manager, I believe her name was Ashley, was berating her employee’s while customers are trying to order. It was just wrong and it felt like that was the way the environment was. On top of that making excuses over and over again as to why she was doing things. I don’t personally know what to do or say about this. I will never go back here again the culture and environment is toxic. All I was trying to do is order a sandwich. Ashley was training a new employee while making fun of her it was sickening. No excuse for what I just witnessed! If I could give zero...

The ONE day I want Subway it had to be a terrible experience..The manager told the employee's to worry about the online orders, while I just stood there. I was finally able to place my order for two footlongs. Got to the end to pay and the little old manager lady had an attitude about me wanting my sandwiches in separate bags. She said both sandwiches could go in one bag because she only had a few .I explained they were going to different places, she was so angry I needed two bags she threw 3 at me 😂😂 I see why they have a bag shortage she policing them but actually giving out...

Poor! I had ants, which the employees happened to know about strange comment to get from staff. My tuna on wheat started off good until I looked down at the paper it was wrapped in and saw ants. Took it to staff and they were going make another sandwhich. I declined the offer, started to look in the meat salad areas staff said we need to get walmart into spray for ants again, they get in the bread. That finished my time with subway! If they have a known problem and have not fixed it yet what else do we not fix. Anyway just thought I would put that out there. Brenham tx...
