Just had the most uncomfortable experience just to order a sandwich. Iām guessing acting lead shift manager, I believe her name was Ashley, was berating her employeeās while customers are trying to order. It was just wrong and it felt like that was the way the environment was. On top of that making excuses over and over again as to why she was doing things. I donāt personally know what to do or say about this. I will never go back here again the culture and environment is toxic. All I was trying to do is order a sandwich. My tuna on wheat started off good until I looked down at the paper it was wrapped in and saw ants. Took it to staff and they were going make another sandwhich. I declined the offer, started to look in the meat salad areas staff said we need to get walmart into spray for ants again, they get in the bread. That finished my time with subway!
