I have contacted the manager a few times over cold old chicken or missing food. I have went so far as to go in and order and the kitchen manger still got my food wrong. We have had a fruit and yogurt parfait without the granola, cold chicken that has been sitting for longer then it’s allowed. Order without buns and they can’t figure that out. Order tea and the give you sweet tea. The day shift has a wonderful drive thru lady that’s always nice and makes sure your stuff is right but when it comes to night shift they are lacking in a lot. I’m sick of calling to inform the manager when stuff goes wrong because the store isn’t telling her when I call and say you forgot a burger or the chicken is cold etc. I have continued to support local businesses during this covid but when you have to go in and return a tea because you asked several times with each person that came to the window and then when you ask for the supervisor they still can’t get it right. Also they forgot items this morning for breakfast they forgot the hash brown then we ordered a egg McMuffin with sausage no muffin and of course they only give you sausage and cheese. I have spoken to management about this order issue. If you don’t understand English then they shouldn’t be doing orders. I’m ready to let corporate know how bad it is when the manager is not on duty.
Since you have blocked it so we can't do reviews. 9/21/21 1:20 came through the drive through ordered 2 chicken nugget meals with extra fries. Fries and nuggets were both old. The nuggets were down right cold. I can't believe you let this stuff go out. We pay good money for this and you have timers when your supposed to toss food not hand it out. Read moreJust thought the owner of this fine establishment would like to know that when it says they're supposed to be open the workers are sitting on their butts playing on their phones instead of doing their job. I live in Bridgeport and was ready for some food on my way home from Wenatchee. Mind you I looked at what time they'd be closed when I left Wenatchee expecting to be able to get some food before I got home. Low and behold the workers that were there completely ignored me and acted like they weren't there. I finish my drive thru the drive thru and the workers are just sitting at a table on their phones just staring at me. The job isn't that hard and I expect an establishment to be open when it says it will be. Might want to get yourself some better closers. They are just lucky its not a 24 hour establishment, then they'd have a reason to complain. I've had little to no problems with the morning staff but the fact the closers are so lazy they can't even work definitely makes me think twice about...
