Dunkin' — Restaurant in Brick Township

Went through the drive thru at 300pm today. Waited in line for 20 minutes. Ordered a half dozen donuts. My son and I took a bite out of 2 different donuts and both said they taste weird like burned chemicals. Went back to return the donuts I wanted a refund. All the kids working there said they can't give me my money back. Their manager Jada is the only person that can do that and she's not in that often. And no one is in charge there. It's a shame kids are running the place and you can tell. Quality and service is going down hill. I won't be back. By the way I was on my way to Toms River and stopped at a different Dunkin and had to re buy the same donuts. Glad I did. Service was better and the donuts were of Dunkin Donuts quality. By far the worst Dunkin around. Its like they ask you want you want at the drive thru and then turn off their speaker so you repeat it 5x and they still mess it up. I swear they throw the ingredients into the bag and hope it makes itself (the egg and sausage goes INSIDE the wrap) I have to rebuild every wrap I get. Drinks are never right either. Plus they are very slow.. at least be fast and sloppy I could possibly tolerate that. It’s my local Dunkin so I go back sometimes and its a game to see how much they mess up my order. Worst location, I live down the street and tonight is the second time I go there 20 mins before closing @ 8:40 and they’re closed early!! I called to ask why, she said that they close early to close machines and register. Which obviously should happen after 9 when they’re supposed to close!!! And when I said that to her, she said it depends on who is closing! FYI when I went to the drive thru at 840, no one answered so I pulled up to the window and all the lights/machines were already closed and the girl was sitting with someone else on one of the seats and kept peaking to see who’s at the window.
