Nice place and fast service most of the time. My only complaint/request is: Please bring the Dunkalatte back! We just moved here in 2024 and I got the Dunkalatte a couple times at this location. I went in today and asked for it and the lady told me they haven’t had it since like 2020! I told her we had just moved here last summer and I had got it a few times. Then she told me that some locations are different and maybe that location had it. I dropped the conversation cause I wasn’t going to argue about it, but I wanted to say “THIS WAS the location!” This is the only Dunkin Donuts close to me. 🤦🏻♀️ Where we moved from there was no Dunkin Donuts and I just discovered the drink after moving here. Management needs to learn how to properly stimulate efficiency.
I come here most days, and 7 out of 10 times my order has been incorrect.
An incorrect order wastes 3-5x as much time as a correct order. It recirculates in your queue until it is proper. It would be a good idea to explain to the food prepper, that taking their time and having a line out to the road, is still more efficient than rushing and doing it 2 or in my case 4 times.
This is not the preppers fault, it is the fault of the manager who failed to properly coach the employee in efficiency.

I wish this place never came to our town. I wouldn’t go there if you paid me, and if you did pay me I wouldn’t drink it. Nearly everything here has high fructose corn syrup. Everything is in styrofoam or a plastic cup ( neither recycle at our facility). It’s probably the No. 1 source of the garbage you see on the side of the roads other than beer cans (which says something about the clientele!) There isn’t a place in Montrose to get a decent cup of coffee. If I’m out of coffee , I go to Price Chopper to pick up a bag of Starbucks.
