Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bridgewater Township

Maybe because it is brand new but I doubt it. I ordered an XL coffee and 2 donuts. they say "Ok you want iced coffee?" Did I say iced? No, coffee, hot, regular coffee. Alright, at least they asked and didn't assume one way or the other. I got a Boston cream and a glazed. The outside of the bag is COVERED in the chocolate from the Boston cream. I didn't notice it when I took it from the girl at the drive thru, I got it on my light grey car seat. I do mean, the bag was covered in the chocolate. Also, they put the Boston cream on the bottom of the bag, chocolate side down. I have more chocolate on the bag than on the donut. Very disappointing! Now let's talk coffee. They have decided to use the awful paper cups instead of Styrofoam. Please, don't lecture me about the environment. The cups should be styrofoam to keep the coffee hot. Not impressed, I won't go back to that location, there are too many other choices. Iced coffee still gets plastic cups, straws are still plastic. My cup needs to be cheap paper that is garbage? meh... go to another DD, you'll...

This location has cancelled the last 4 orders I’ve attempted to place with them through Uber Eats or DoorDash. The reason supplied was that an item or items were missing. All other restaurants will either call to let me know and ask if I’d like something else which I prefer or simply not include the item in the order. When ordering delivery, this location accepts the order and then later cancels it, wasting up to 30 minutes.

Half the time when I do receive the order from them, the instructions are not followed such as toasting a bagel dark. I feel like they take advantage of the fact I can’t check it/complain since it’s being delivered and so just...

I have been there in the past 2 weeks 3x and every time I ask for an ice coffee with "less ice" and there seems to be a problem with my order. Today I asked for the same thing and came right home and measured the amount of coffee I got in a medium cup and it was a little over 1/2 a cup of coffee. The rest was ice filled to the top. One time I could understand and even two but three. I was so annoyed I called DD and expect a return call!!!!! I never complain but if I cannot get what I pay for I will go...
