Don't like being lied to directly to my face. Pizza ordered at 5pm for a pizza party that was scheduled to end at 7:30. Was originally told 45 min which was acceptable based on time slot. Didn't get delivered until 7:05 after repeated calls saying it was 5 min away. It was cold and the driver said he didn't pick it up until 6:15, which meant it sat in his car for almost an hour. Frustrating because first call was around 6 and he hadn't even made it but said it was already on delivery and it would be 5min. Then when I stopped by to discuss he started by saying my wife ordered thru an app and the is what may the delay...total BS as my wife called directly. On the phone with her he stated it was a catering party causing the delay. So which story is it?? Either case when you say 5 mins each time we call and that turns out to be over an hour what's the excuse then?? A shame because all you had to say was you could not do the order and I wouldn't hold it against you for being upfront but when you BS on the phone and directly in my face, then I lost...

Well after a long travel coming home wanting good pizza ordered from here. Ofcourse Pizza was excellent and was very quick delivery. I was totally impressed since I just moved here. One slight disappointment was the garlic knots I ordered 6, well I didn't get full garlic knots as shown on their menu or website or in restaurant. What I got was the knots out in 4 slices so mini garlic knots is what I got for the full price too as they are shown on their website and in restaurants. Felt cheated and that was quite cheap for them to do that. If they didnt have enough just tell the truth. However regardless of the knots ,one knot cut in 4 and sent the taste was excellent. Was way jetlagged to call them. Even tipped the delivery person quite well over 20% to receive quartered garlic knots. Should have taken pictures. But overall their food is very good. The PIZZA is good. However! Everything else my family and I have eaten there is nasty. So nasty that my children stomach would be upset for a couple of days. Eggplant tasted ike unseasoned baked bread crumbs with cheese and sauce with some other rubber stuff in the middle. Chicken in Vodka Sauce noodles were not cooked well, sauce tasted like they poured it straight out of the can and for some reason they just don't believe in seasoning their food. I wont even start taking about the cheese fries or chicken fingers nor all the grease left behind. I do want to add that staff is always nice and I will ONLY continue to order pizza there. They do need to offer better deals on their pizza like the places in Somerville. In Somerville I can get very tasty pies if i drive there during the entire week after 5:00 pm daily for a mere $6.00.
