Pulled into the drive thru and after sitting there a couple minutes get told to "Hold on" over the intercom by the kid at the window. At first this wasn't a big deal since he had a car at the window he was dealing with. But then it left and we were basically deserted as he obviously forgot about us. After sitting there in excess of 15 minutes he finally returns to take our order, which consisted of two drinks, two orders of fries and one order of jalapeno poppers. We pulled up to the window and waited 5 minutes before he came to take our payment and give us the drinks. One of the drinks was wrong and this kid obviously didn't know how to push the bubble things on the lid to designate a Dr. Pepper from a Coke. After we got our drinks the kid, whose name was Bridger incidently, disappeared for another ten minutes and we sat waiting. There was no evidence of any other employees during the whole time we were at the drive up window nor did we see any customers at the counter. Finally young Bridger brought a bag with our order and disappears again. Upon checking before we pulled away we found we only got the fries. Had to honk the horn to rouse the kid so we could get the poppers. Finally after between 35 and 40 minutes spent to get a simple drink and fry order that should not have taken more than 5 we drove 2 minutes to get home. There we found the fries were almost cold and excessively salted. And the poppers were hard and crunchy almost like they'd been sitting for hours, definitely not freshly made and they too were cold. Totally a disappointment considering I had been there two days before and had the most amazing fries as part of that day's order. This kid, Bridger, definitely needs some training and supervision. The service we got is completely unacceptable on this visit, the complete opposite of my previous one with a different employee. I placed a small mobile order at 9:50 was at the restaurant like 1 minute later. there hours say they close at 10. I went to the restaurant and the drive thru lane was blocked so I drove up to the window. I sat there for 5 minutes with several employees seeing me before one came to the window. He opens the window I tell him I have a mobile order and he says drive thru is closed but the inside is open for 5 more minutes. I said it was a mobile order and just need to pick it up.
He goes over to the order screen and clears out all the orders. Comes back and says they didnt get the order. I showed it to him. He says okay, we can make that. (9:56 at this point) he goes back and comes back 2 minutes later (9:58) and says oh they put everything away already so we cant make it.
So I said okay, can I get a refund? He says you have to call the manager or corporate. So I go to the parking lot try calling the manager. She didnt answer and voicemail was full.
Anyways no refund, no food, no resolution.
UPDATE: The manager called me this morning and is going to try to send a gift card to cover the cost of the meal.

Read moreI walked up to the counter to order some lunch and the lady was crouched behind the register... Not sure what she was doing. I stood there for a few minutes for her to finish up whatever she was doing and she looked up at me and said "I'll be with you in a moment."
I stood silently just reading whatever I could on the menu to pass the time. Eventually someone pulled into the drive thru and the lady who said she would be with me in a moment started taking the drive through order. She then went over to the drive through window and started preparing the customers drinks.
I had just showered, so I don't think that it was my scent that offended her, and I never had an opportunity to say a single word... So I can only assume that it was my appearance that caused her to not want to take my order. I've always known that I'm not a very attractive man compared to today's filter infected social media world, but it was a true eye opening moment to learn that I was so hideous that I didn't deserve a hamburger. I guess she gave me something to think about.
I took the hint and left silently...confused and hungry...and obviously quite ugly. Guess I'll have to find a burger chain that has low beauty standards for their customers that I might be able to qualify for. One can hope. 🤞
