I originally had a five star post for this place, but a recent incident has drastically changed our overall outlook, and we will not be returning.
We've been regular customers (at least 2x per week for a few years now) and have always enjoyed the food. We also actively recommended Teebone'z to a bunch of our friends and family. Recently however, my fiance ordered one of the daily specials and it was terrible. It was a chicken dish with veggies and some kind of gravy that looked awful when it first came to the table, and was so bad that she couldn't eat it. I took a bite and could barely choke it down, another at the table had to spit it out, and the fourth at our table absolutely refused to get anywhere near it.
Now, when you go to a restaurant as often as we did TeeBonez, the food isn't going to be perfect every time. There have been plenty of less-than-stellar dishes, but we liked the place and we had our favorite menu items, so we always went back. In this case though, the server was informed that the dish wasn't any good, and the owner(?) then came over and accosted my fiance to the point of driving her to tears. We were all speechless, and I have never experienced anything like it in any restaurant I've ever been to. I understand having pride in the food you serve, but there are a million better ways to handle a situation like this. It was shocking enough that, not only will we not be going back, but we will stop recommending this place to...
Read moreI would just like to take this time to tell you about the amazing food and service we had today at your restaurant. We were on our way back from Tigers game and looked up restaurants in Brighton and found you. We thought you had a good variety. We came in with a party of 12. We sat just in the door to the left. Your staff quickly got tables together and had us seated in no time. Our waitress took our drink orders right away and when she was back with our drinks we were ready to order. She took our variety of orders from pizza, salads, sandwiches and pretzel. We were sitting visiting and it seemed like no time at all she was bringing out our food. Totally impressed with the short amount of time it took to get everyone's food out for 12 people . Wow. The food was amazing, no one was disappointed with our food as far as taste and proportions. Your sandwiches were huge. I wish I could remember our waitress's name but I can't, she was a tall blonde with a ponytail. She was working the patio and our table and was managing us all very well. From the time we got there to the time we left was just under an hour. Truly impressed and we will definitely be back when we come through and will definitely recommend to any of our family or friends coming that way. Kudos to you and all of your staff. When we go in with a big party we normally do not get everyone's food that close together. We all left very full and...

No kids menu...
The service was not very good. Our waitress wasn't sure if they had 2 types of beer a member of our party asked about. The timing of food coming out was quite bizarre. We ordered two appetizers and one came out 10 minutes after the other. All of our 5 meals came out at different times, with a side of chips coming from out 20 minutes after the rest of the meals. When we asked the server about it, she responded with "the kitchen is weird tonight, it should be out at some point" and rolled her eyes, like it was a bother she was being asked. We overheard two other tables ask about their food as well and were met with the same response. Drinks we had asked for were also forgotten many times, eventually we just stopped reminding the waitress and made sure they weren't on our bill. When my son's hamburger came out, it looked like a hockey puck! Charred and flaky.. I ordered it medium well. It was not even close. I attempted to cut both sides off so it was at least edible, but it just kept breaking into pieces.
it's very loud!!
I had really high hopes for this place because it looks so nice from the road, but unfortunately I...
